ich hatte eine doppelbuchung auf meiner kreditkarte bemerkt was mich verwunderte. der support war mir aber sehr behilflich das ganze zu entschlüsseln. es musste einiges im hintergrund geprüft werden.... zum schluss wurde der fehler gefunden und behoben so das die doppel abbuchung wieder zurücküberwiesen wurde.
vielen dank an das top support team das sich hier top um dieses thema angenommen hat.

Ein Finanzdienstleister, dessen Co-Partner-Software nicht funktioniert und damit Überweisungen nicht möglich sind ,wie in diesem Falle nach Russland,braucht man nicht wirklich!Da interessiert es mich auch nicht ,dass ich vielleicht den Cache leeren soll ,oder einen anderen Browser benutzen sollte.Entweder es funktioniert ,oder es funktioniert nicht.Stellt man ersteinmal sicher, das es für alle einwandfrei funktioniert,dann kann man auch Kunden halten,aber sooo?So kann man auch seine Neu-Kunden verprellen.

Ein technisches Problem auf Seiten des Anbieters GUARDARIAN wurde teilweise behoben, jedoch können weiterhin Störungen auftreten.
