Unable to adjust headphones
Was a bit disappointed you cannot adjust the height of the headphones, some kids don't like the band stuck to their heads

The product was part of a child's gifts in his Christmas stocking. The dice was meant to light up and it wouldn't work. I e.mailed sensational things. I haven't heard back yet !! So it's a little disappointing for the child

Thanks Aubrey - we've shared your feedback with the team :)
Fantastic charity
Only heard about Sensational Kids earlier this year so first time using them fantastic to deal with.
As an Irish person I like to support Irish businesses where I can but this is the also a children’s charity, which makes even more worth while, and as an aunt to a sensational kid I will most definitely be using them again and again.
The toys are strong, sturdy and chosen for our special kids to help them develop and grow.
It’s a double hit I get to treat my niece and support a phenomenal charity.
Thank you for all you do
