Terrible company to do business with. Awful customer service. I ordered an item over a month ago (1/23/2025), having no idea I was ordering from a company in Sweden (or at least that's where it says it was shipped from) and to date (2/24/25) the tracking information still shows that it is in Boise as of 2/13/25. I have emailed the company at sensitivem.com several times with only one response containing some excuse that they were short employees and some cockamamee story that they would get back to me when they could. No product and no refund at this point. Kiss your money goodbye if you send it to this company. This review is less than one star.

Absolutely disgusting "customer service". I ordered welding glasses and when they came, I took the protective label off the front lens only to find it had been put on back to front and the ink had offset onto the lens and will not come off. I have been in email ping pong with the company to no avail. They even asked me to supply a video of me removing the label!!! I am now going to contact my credit card company for a refund. I will never deal with this company again.
