Currently receiving treatment for…

Currently receiving treatment for invisalign and whilst all the team members are super helpful in person and over the phone, clinical records have been pretty terrible to date.

No-one seems to be responsible for note-taking in or after any of the consultations. This means that had I not been so persistent (on advice of the hygeinist) in getting a record of my dental concerns/wishes to the specialist myself, my treatment plan would be created without consideration of any of the context that I expressed in my initial 3 consultations.
This likely comes down to the fact that very first consultation is conducted like more of a sales pitch with no documentation/follow up outside of the pricing structures.

I'm sure results will be great! (I was referred by my husband has had great results) but the experience so far has been frustrating
***As a side there was no record of my husband referring me after I expressed this on a few occassions and therefore he also battled to get a referral benefit - first world problems but paints the picture quite nicely!

I started my Invisalign treatment in 2024 and I’m very pleased with the final results. A big thank you to Dr Ilias and the team for the excellent care and service throughout my treatment.

I recently had an appointment with Dr

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Anish to get my crowns, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s an amazing dentist who made me feel completely comfortable, and the entire treatment was pain-free. My teeth look fantastic, and I’m incredibly grateful for his care. I can’t recommend Sensu enough—everyone on the team is so friendly and welcoming. Truly an outstanding dental practice.

I was a recurring customer last year…

I was a recurring customer last year for Invisalign, and I also had a hygiene appointment in July after completing my 6-month treatment. I contacted them in the last week of November to book another hygiene session for late December — and honestly, it has been a nightmare.

Unless you’re an active, high-paying customer, it feels like they simply don’t care. Once your main treatment is over, forget about receiving any attention. I requested several possible dates and got absolutely nothing in response. Completely ignored.

It really seems like they don’t want to deal with you anymore once the expensive part is done — even for a hygiene session, which isn’t cheap to begin with. I’ve been waiting for a reply for 48 hours now, and this request was originally raised last week.

I mean… no words.

My invisalign experience

My invisalign treatment has been highly efficient. My smile has changed significantly over the course of my treatment and I am already so much more confident with my teeth and my invisalign journey hasn't even finished yet.

I have had appointments that have fit around my schedule and have been helpful to work around my travel time (I live outside of London)

The consultants and dental staff have been friendly, patient and quick to respond to any questions I have had and have guided me through my invisalign journey, answering any and all questions and giving me tips to get the best results.

They have amended my treatment plan when necessary and the finance options have made it affordable for me.

I would definitely recommend sensu!

I recently went to Sensu for an exam…

I recently went to Sensu for an exam after a large chunk of my tooth broke off and was causing me an immense amount of pain. I called Sensu and they were able to book me in for an emergency appointment within two days.

When I came in for the filling, everything went really smoothly, it was a completely painless process. As someone who is quite squeamish I tend to get anxious about things like this but Dr. Berry was so friendly and professional throughout. He kept reassuring and explaining to me what was happening at each step, which really helped put me at ease.

The clinic itself is clean and modern and I felt well looked after without any fuss.

Overall, it was a really good experience. I'd definitely go back and would recommend Sensy to anyone looking for a reliable dentist in London.

Best place to go for invisalign!

I had my Invisalign treatment in Sensu and cant say anything less than Brilliant! Clinicians were great and kept me calm even though normally I get anxiety at the dentists. Staff were also very kind and helpful and I was able to get appointments that were convenient.

I started with an overbite and some spacing, but all has been corrected and Dr Ilias was able to achieve the smile that I wanted. Looking back at old pictures til now I can confidently say my teeth have been perfected.

Now i've been recommending Sensu to all my friends and family and honestly if you need five star service this is the place to go!

Disappointed

I started my teeth journey in February 2024, and as of today (5th October 2025), after 20 months, there has been minimal movement, but overall no significant improvement, despite my adherence and full commitment of time, effort, and expenses. This has been an awful experience so far, extremely discouraging, and I’m honestly losing hope with my current specialist. When I raised my concerns, the staff suggested that I be booked in with another specialist, Dr. Ilias, on 20th October, for a review of my treatment.

Very disappointed 😞

My experience

Great team at Sensu. The staff takes good care of the patients. The clinicians don't scare you away. Every dental procedure is explained. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it

Uncomfortably salesy for a dental clinic

My consultation was with someone who doesn't provide the treatment and felt more like a used car salesman. I felt pressured to make a quick decision to get 'the offer'. I've been researching treatment for months and Sensu always have an offer. A very different experience to other clinics I've visited.

Went for a dental clean today and Hannah was excellent, making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Very gentle and offered breaks to catch my breath.... excellent service

45 minutes late to the initial…

45 minutes late to the initial consultation, then spent around two minutes explaining the treatment and trying to sell the product saying for a discount I needed to decide to move forward that day.

Overall a very disappointing experience…

Overall a very disappointing experience both in terms of poor quality service and dental treatment. Some specific examples include:
1. Having an insufficient dental scan conducted meaning I had to return two weeks later for a follow up scan to repeat the poor quality one. This delayed my second set of retainers and my overall treatment plan.
2. Quite minor but I now have a small permanent scar on my forehead from where a dentist at the Marylebone branch cut me with his watching during a routine appointment.
3. Due to treatment delays outlined above (all the fault of the practice), my scheduled appointments to remove the attachments and brackets at the end of my treatment were then too soon. The earliest appointment I was offered was in 5 weeks time, meaning I would have a further delay to my treatment for 5 weeks and have to wear a weekly retainer for 6 weeks. In order to get an appointment sooner I was forced to make a formal complaint and spend a significant amount of time on the phone and emailing the practice, which was stressful and time consuming. I would expect that where the error is of the practice’s making, reception staff should be able to offer an alternative appointment within a week as a minimum service level.
4. My fixed retainer (metal bar behind my teeth) was so poorly fitted that it broke within a week despite my following all the instructions and being extra careful. I again had to submit a formal complaint in order to get an appointment to fix it within a week despite explaining that the break meant the glue and metal were stabbing into the roof of my mouth which was painful.
5. My permanent retainer which was meant to last a year also broke within a week, again causing me pain as it poked into my gums. Again it was an ordeal to get an appointment for a replacement. The reason for the break was again poor quality treatment in that the retainer had not been properly trimmed despite my asking the dentist at the time. I was quietly rudely dismissed by him which made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable and ultimately resulted in a poor quality retainer.

Appointment cancelled by clinic, last minute

Appointment cancelled by clinic, at the last minute. Was supposed to have a consultation, appointment booked, one week prior,. Was called on route to appointment by Sensu, if I could come in one and half hours earlier… Travel time to London Bridge is 2 hours. I said that was impossible. But could potentially get there 30 minutes earlier. They said we have to cancel appointment after discussing with Dentist!!!, (Dentist could not wait for me, as his time is worth more than mine.!!!!)
Absolutely unprofessional company. AVOID
