My time at Sen Wellness Sanctuary was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and care from the entire team – the staff were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure each guest felt held and supported. Every day began with gentle, grounding yoga sessions in the open pavilion, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the ocean breeze. The massages were deeply therapeutic – some of the best I’ve ever had – blending Ayurvedic tradition with intuitive touch that left me feeling rejuvenated on every level.
What made the experience even more special were the moments of stillness and solitude. Walking along the quiet, unspoilt beach just steps from the sanctuary felt like meditation in motion. I often found myself in awe of the raw beauty that surrounded us – the sunsets, the palms, the wildlife.
