For daily work I use 4–5 dashboards: overall trends, top pages, device breakdown, and keyword clusters. The interface isn't cluttered — everything you need is in plain sight, but filters let you dig deeper when necessary.

Annotations deserve a special mention — they save hours. When traffic drops and you don't know why, you open Annotations and find Google Core Updates already marked automatically (the system detects updates and creates an annotation with the date). Each annotation comes with a report comparing metrics 7, 14, and 30 days before and after the event. You immediately see what dropped and by how much. You can also log your own changes: rewrote meta tags, cleaned broken links, launched a new category. Specify which URLs were affected — and a month later the system shows what changed. No manual before/after spreadsheets.

Over the past year, SEOcrawl added AI features: AI Tracker, GA4 AI Dashboard, and Prompt Tracking. I was skeptical at first, but Prompt Tracking turned out genuinely useful. You define a list of prompts — questions your customers actually type into search — and the system runs them through ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, reporting whether your brand is mentioned, with what tone, which competitors appear alongside, and which URLs are cited. The Cited Domains report shows which sources LLMs consider authoritative in your niche — actionable data for content strategy and GEO.

There are downsides. The site crawler is less thorough than Screaming Frog — on complex projects with JavaScript rendering, you might miss data. The credit system for AI features means additional spending: credits run out quickly on Prompt Tracking and crawling. I'd love to see a BYOK option (bring your own API key) — that would make it more interesting. That said, I understand that queries to ChatGPT and Gemini cost the developers money.

What I appreciate is that the product keeps improving. The 2026 roadmap promises Bing Webmaster Tools, a WordPress plugin, Time Tracker, log analysis, and Google Ads integration — features that would make it more useful for daily work. It doesn't feel abandoned.

Overall — a solid tool for SEO reporting and monitoring. It's not a Semrush or Ahrefs replacement, but a smart complement to them. If you need to quickly build client reports on real GSC/GA4 data and track the impact of changes, I haven't found a better option yet.

Esto, junto con las anotaciones y el seguimiento de cambios, me ha ahorrado varias horas de reporting cada semana y me facilita mucho justificar qué acciones SEO están funcionando realmente.

También valoro mucho la parte de informes automáticos y el enfoque hacia agencias/equipos: poder enviar reportes recurrentes y tener un workspace ordenado hace que sea una herramienta muy útil como “data warehouse” SEO encima de Search Console y Analytics. El soporte del equipo ha sido cercano y receptivo a feedback, algo que se nota cuando vas usando el producto en el día a día.

Mi crítica principal va hacia la capa más técnica de API e integraciones. Aunque ya existe una REST API y opciones como MCP/CLI, la cobertura todavía se siente incompleta y echo en falta conectores nativos de un clic hacia herramientas de BI (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, etc.), además de una comunicación más clara y estable sobre el roadmap en esta parte. En resumen: como panel de datos y reporting SEO basado en datos reales es excelente, pero todavía tiene recorrido para madurar toda la parte de integraciones avanzadas

I have used SEOcrawl AI since the very beginning and have seen up close how the tool has evolved over time. I manage a fairly varied portfolio, ecommerce, local newspapers, lead platforms, SaaS and blogs, and what I get the most value from is the technical audit combined with keyword tracking: I can segment by vertical, see which terms are new or lost each week, and quickly tell whether a drop is a one off or a real trend. I also use the MCP integration with Claude Desktop daily, and the AI Tracker to see whether I get cited in ChatGPT or Gemini answers, something I had no way of measuring before. I switched from a more established tool because of price and because the modules I actually used were more complete here, and while backing an early stage project was a risk at the time, it has proven to be a good decision. The support, on top of that, is some of the best I have had with a tool like this.

The company does an excellent job of simplifying data analysis (much better than Google Data Studio/Looker) and integrating both Search Console and Analytics into one convenient dashboard, which saves me significant time. I like their new approach with AI SEO especially the LLM tracking. It helps me monitoring my brand’s mentions in AI platforms eg ChatGPT, Claude etc.

The only constructive feedback is that they could improve communication about updates and new features. Overall, a fantastic tool for anyone serious about SEO.
