I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this site on 30 July 2025, but the order section of my account still says "Unpaid". I have 2 PayPay confirmation emails saying the payments were successful. I've since emailed the company several times about my orders, but no one has contacted me regarding my orders. As of this review, 14 August 2025, there has been no contact in reference to my orders or the emails I sent them about my orders.

I don't recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company.

Be aware! It looks like these guys are getting worse — they stole my card credentials! I used two different cards, and both were compromised and used for fraudulent purposes. I ended up with hundreds of unauthorized transactions, totaling around $2,000.
I tried to reach them by email beforehand but never received any response. There’s also very limited contact information available on their site, which made it even more suspicious. Also, when I’ve tried to make an order, in the end it showed transactions error like purchase was failed. I used two different cards. At the account of my first card it showed that money were sent and transaction was successfully completed, but sepwear never confirmed it from their side, so my money literally were stolen. After that I received from their customer support that they saw my attempts to buy the sneakers and by this reason sending me additionally 20%. I tried to reach them via this email but never got the reply me back. After this I started to received those tons of authorized transactions from both cards!

To be fair, a few years ago I did receive the sneakers I ordered — exactly what I expected. The delivery took a while, but everything was correct. Unfortunately, things have clearly changed since then.

sepwear.com has stolen my money for a pair of vapormax trainers and I've sent them 10 emails and no response given and I've had to go to my bank and take out a dispute and they're not communicating with me on email and they're not giving me a tracking number or anything they just stealing my money this is totally unacceptable

It's a scam! Tried to buy New Balance trainers, received fake ray ban glasses, they reimbursed around 40%%. don't buy anything from them!

Do not buy from this website, this is a complete scam.
Tried to buy shoes in USD for the equivalent of 102€ from a shop claiming to be based in Texas. Instead my money went to Beijing and I was charged in CNY for the equivalent of 114,90€. Had to freeze my card and order a new one. Stay well away and go buy someplace else.

I bought a pair of Converse and i received a pair of fake sunglasses. They don't even respond to emails and customer service doesn't exist
