Do not use this company
We are a business and we’re pursued to use their service, our company is now going into liquidation there are asking we settle their bill personally?! How would I be personally using there service ? Honestly I’m going to watchdog tv show and more
This is crazy at no point was I told it’s a 12 month contract and they have put us on the highest level for payment plan they offer…and they want that and cashing as a debt
They got around 1.5k out of us already

The setup process was easy, and the team was incredibly helpful getting us started. Is a great long-term strategy for growing our business.

It wasn’t an overnight flood of leads, but I didn’t expect it to be. After a few months, we’re seeing regular inquiries, and I love that the system takes the legwork out of finding projects. Would have given 5 stars if the results had come a little quicker, but overall, very happy

These people are conmen. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Trader Reach (Formerly known as Serac Tech) – Scam Alert!

This company deleted their old Google business page after a flood of bad reviews and has now rebranded under a new name. Same scam, different name!

I was cold-called with big promises, agreed to a trial, and made a payment. Only after paying did I receive confirmation that I was unknowingly locked into a 12-month contract with ongoing costs. When I questioned this, they bombarded me with threats of legal action, CCJs, and early termination fees. They refused to provide any proof that I had agreed to a contract, simply pointing to terms and conditions that were only given to me after I paid.

Despite receiving absolutely nothing in return, I was forced to pay £3,114 just to stop their constant threats. Their tactics are completely misleading, unethical, and predatory.

Avoid this company at all costs!

As contractors looking to target new builds of 2-20 units this did not work for us. The contact information on the platform was mostly planners. Our target is main contractors or surveyors. The majority of the letters ended up being sent to 'land at' or 'land adjacent to' rather than physical addresses. Most of the contact information is also redacted especially client info. You are committed to the full 12 months of paying so beware you can't get out of it. There is no guarantee of ROI and they've made this very clear now we have tried to cancel with them. We've done it solidly for 6 months with no web visits or calls for work. Spend that money on google instead.

My Data was not processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

My Financial Data was not limited to what is necessary and for the purposes originally consented to, misleading sale.

My Data was not kept accurate and up to date

No pre contract written data, they contact business and file CCJS under personal name. All sales calls are via video calls so they don't incriminate themselves, however when taking financial data over the phone a few GDPR laws have been broken, there calls are also not recorded.

Avoid biggest scam going. After receiving a telephone sales call offering the world I agreed to trail and make a payment, my payment confirmation then told me I had entered a 12 month contract and I was liable for costs 🤣. They try to threaten with escalating to legal and CCJ and include early termination fees when you ask for proof I agreed to enter a contract. There response was this is in your terms and conditions which I was given AFTER I made my initial payment. I am now going to enjoy escalating this in court and recovering my legal fees, fees already paid, plus my hourly rate liaising with my solicitor who is confident this will be laughed out of court based on their correspondence sent 🤣.

he ability to filter through applications quickly means we’re focusing on better-quality jobs, the links to the portal are really helpful when we want to access the drawings quickly

It does exactly what it says it will. We’ve been able to target bigger renovation jobs, and its saved us time on generating our own letters in the office.

The planning data is excellent and up to date. We’ve used it to track applications in our area and won a loft conversion a couple of months in

Good system, though sometimes the updates take a little longer than expected. That said, we’ve secured two jobs so far, so it’s working well.

Trader Reach has been a useful tool for growing our business. We’ve won an extension and a renovation job, but I’d love to see a mobile app in the future.

Been using Trader Reach for a few months now, and it’s helped us focus on larger projects. It would be great if there were more filtering options, but it does the job well.

The biggest scam going I agree mislead information & also arguing that I have to pay more that what I was told to pay.

They gave prices in black and white and now trying to add vat.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

They promised to provide you with Leeds from sending out letters to addresses for planning, that is the disguised sales pitch.

Once they tie you in the contract, you can't back out of it, you will find that you will receive no leads from the company and you want to cancel, they will then proceed with a CCJ this has happened to me and other people I've seen on reviews as well as myself.

This company is currently being investigated by trading stand

Please avoid this company. I have asked several times to cancel my subscription to no avail.

I am being completely ignored for a service I’m not using and paying £200 a month for the privilege
