Look at all these terrible reviews. Verbally miss sold as a pay-as-you go, only to be hit with a 12 month bill ( over £3000 ) when you attempt to cancel this woeful service. followed up by a CCJ CLAIM!! Trading standards are looking into them. FAILURE TO MEET BASIC TRADING STANDARDS AND FAILURE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY

To clarify, our service agreements are based on annual contracts, as detailed in the terms and conditions provided at the time of signing. We make every effort to ensure that all aspects of the contract are clearly communicated before any agreement is finalised. Our records indicate that the terms, including the 12-month commitment and the associated costs, were explicitly outlined in the contract signed by you.
Regarding your mention of being verbally misled, we take such claims very seriously and are committed to investigating this further. Our sales process is designed to be clear and transparent, and we will review our communications to ensure compliance with these standards.
As this is a business-to-business contract, there is no cooling-off period applicable. The agreement is binding once signed, and cancellation is not permitted after the service has commenced and data has been delivered.
We understand the frustration of dealing with unexpected charges and legal actions. However, we only proceed with such measures when there is a significant outstanding balance and after multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably.

Deleted their old google business page due to bad reviews
Well this company had to delete their Google business page due to all the bad reviews they had and now they've just created a brand new one!
So I suppose I'd better write my review again considering they caused me so much stress.
My story seems to be identical to the others.
Got tied in to a contract I never saw or signed,
didn't get results from the system, tried to cancel, got taken to court for nearly 4k
Countless sleepless nights stressing.
I hope whoever is reading this hasn't signed up yet.
They must have more admin to process the claims through the court than any other department in their "business" / "scam"

It is our policy to ensure that all terms of service and contract details are clear and understood upon engagement. We also aim to provide a seamless experience for clients wishing to adjust or terminate their services, including the presence of an unsubscribe option.
A new account cannot get activated without the new customer themselves accepting our terms and conditions which has been the process for the past 3+ years. Legal threats and the prospect of court are scenarios we earnestly aim to avoid by resolving client issues amicably and fairly.

Do not spend your money with these crooks!!! I was miss sold my contract I haven't used there services once I have said on Multiple occasions I couldn't afford them but they did not care now I have court letters, I've paid half the year for nothing, iv tried calling them multiple times but the numbers are dead or just go straight to answer phone all they have a song and as soon as the song ends the phone dies
We all need to all come together who has been ripped off and take it further .
DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY

I would avoid this company at all costs!!! After agreeing for this company to help find work on my partners behalf we decided after the first month of nothing to cancel the subscription. I have all the emails requesting this. Instead of doing what we asked they continued to do nothing for us and still added up monthly costs. This morning I have had bailiffs in my home to take goods to the value of £4000 because they didn’t cancel the agreement. They have done nothing for the £4000 and now I have nothing either. Photos of my kids rooms were taken while they lay there asleep because of the time they came to my home. They have taken £4000 for doing nothing for our business. Please please avoid this company!!!!
