They have very bad customer service, I've been trying for weeks to reach them sending messages texting... no answer . because they send me the wrong shoe size I'm not able to return it

The most terrible case in my purchases. A lot of time for emails, chats, requests was wasted. And I'm not alone here. I can't believe that's possible.
Shady business
Order the outfit from this company tried it on didn’t really work out package it back up. Sent it back in the same packaging literally like the next day now they’re saying the shirt has a stain on it.
They never contacted me to let me know. The shirt had a stain which I’m sure came from them in their warehouse so I contacted them weeks later only for them to tell me this.

I purchased a tracksuit from Sergio Tacchini; however, it never arrived. When I emailed customer service, they took weeks to respond and told me that the package had arrived and they were not responsible for any missing items. I emailed them back with proof (since I have a doorman and security who handle my building's packages - I have never lost a package living here in 6 years). Even though their Sergio Tacchini website said it was delivered, the tracking showed it was sent back to the distributor out of Rutherford, NJ. This company is scamming me out of $290. The Better Business Bureau has given Sergio Tacchini an F rating for 17 similar incidents with other victims of their fraud.
Honestly unfair!!
Honestly, I bought a quite a few outfits here and they fit perfectly but I just bought one last week and it was tremendous. I’m a large and this could’ve fit somebody that was a 2X. I returned it and they charged me a $15 surcharge unheard of! Ridiculous if you buy anything here they’re gonna charge you $15 to put it back on their own shelf when they made the item too big.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, sent me the wrong shirt twice. I wanted refund and they charged me restocking fee, paid it. I live in nyc , no tax under $110 dollars, the shirt was $66 dollars and they charged me tax and didn't refund that back to me either. They make more money on returns and keep the product.

Had a really bad experience with this brand ordered a tracksuit that came to £300+ for the zip on the tracksuit jacket to fall off. I have purchased zip up jackets from my local supermarket at a fraction of the price that have lasted me years. Faulty brand. I purchased this on December 14th as Christmas present by February the 18th the zip fell off, however because I was over 30 days of initial purchase date they refused my refund and return. Will be contact my bank and financial ombudsman’s please stay away it’s taken them 3 months back and forward and now offered a credit note which I refuse never again will I be purchasing from this company

lost my returns... so no refund
I bought two items, decided to return one, so started the refund process. I then decided to return the other item too.. the system would not allow me to start another return on the same order number. so mistakenly I made a decision to trust Tacchini by emailing Tacchini to explain that I was sending both items back for refund and explained the issue with the system.. since sending, I have only been refunded for now item and "the warehouse" keeps being blamed for the lack of refund for the other item. so, either someone in the warehouse has stolen my other item or you are just playing dumb so you don't have to give me my money back?

Do not buy from Sergio Tacchini. Honestly baffling that a brand as recognisable as this has such predatory practices towards customers.
I ordered size 11 trainers on the UK site, was sent US size 11 (despite no indication anywhere on the website that sizing was US). I asked whether a refund was possible on the basis that not providing adequate product information on the website can cause a misrepresentation of what is being sold. Their customer service team was rude and refused to comment on my point, defaulting to the non-refundable policy which should not apply when the wrong product is sent.
I disputed the charge with my bank who initially agreed with my case but reversed their decision once pressure (and irrelevant information) was offered by Sergio Tacchini.
Please, if you must buy one of their products, make sure it’s from another company/website. Their customer service will mess you around.
I just hope the cost associated with dealing with my case has still made me an unprofitable case for them.

Customer service responded only after 1 year ! and formal complaint to EU custermor assistance. Never sent the articles they Owe me. Compensation with a coupon for a small discount the next time i ordered from them…

Awful customer service
Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Basically a non-existent customer service. No number to call and they don’t abide by their own policies. Tried to exchange an incorrect size using the gift return option on their website and wasted time emailing the customer service team. They claimed they couldn’t return due to a “strict 30 day return policy” even though I screenshotted and sent proof that I had reached out a month ago. Definitely not going to be a returning customer.

Horrible company
Horrible company, will not stand behind their company. Ordered a 300 dollar track suit that was never delivered Company put the wrong address on the label and UPS delivered to this address. Not going to see that package ever. They told me sorry it's not our problem and we will not responsible.
Retoure kostet 30 € Bearbeitungsgebühr
Lieferung und Retoure fkt. Allerdings werden 30 € Bearbeitungsgebühr bei der Retoure fällig, was für mich nicht ersichtlich war. Die Retoure ging nach USA (ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Ware nicht aus den USA kamen, sonst hätte es viel länger gedauert). Heißt für mich B-Ware wird in den USA günstig weiterverkauft und ich muss dafür die Logistikgebühren bezahlen (für 30 Tacken bekomme ich fast eine adidas Jacke im Black Sale, die ist auch aus Polyester. Fail im Jahre 2024. Qualität: Sachen wirken gut verarbeitet (schwerer Stoff), allerdings trotzdem nur Polyester, für den Preis sollte es schon ein hochwertigeres Material sein wie Nylon.
