Hi Philip. I am sorry to hear of the delay with your order. We notify any goods out of stock will ship in approx. 5 days but it appears the delivery containing your goods was held up. A member of our customer service team keeps our customers updated if there are any unexpected delays and we are always happy to look at alternatives or part-shipping if preferred.

delivery for a fly box is already 3 weeks late and i have been told it will be another 3 weeks longer. they should not sell things they do not have in stock. false advertising.

We currently use third party warehousing for some goods as it allows our customers access to a wider range of items. These goods note they "will ship in approx. 5 days" and our customer service team will notify of any unexpected delays.

I’m sorry but the delay in terms of weeks before I received a small order of beads and hooks is not acceptable. I place orders both in England and Scotland and many times receive them next day. Poor service.

Although I have given only a 3 star…
Although I have given only a 3 star rating, I use this shop a lot and have always had a fantastic experience. I got 3 e vouchers as an Xmas gift but had to create 3 separate orders to use them which meant 3 separate delivery charges. In the end I did 3 click and collect orders as I regularly pass the store. There really needs to be a facility to use multiple vouchers on one transaction.
