This is a solid, properly constructed quality product. It gives a superb, clear light and meets the promises advertised. Costs a bit mind you, even at sale price, but it's nothing like the cheap, Chinese-made tat you see everywhere else. Should last a lifetime. Being 'British made' is a bonus for me - and for the British economy!

My table lamp was exactly described and arrived within a few days very well packaged. I had no problem with the product it was my choice that was wrong as it was just too big for my small bedroom. I rang the next day and explained this and was put under no pressure and the lamp was picked up from my home the next day. The credit was in my bank account well within the 5 working days. I already have a standard floor lamp from Serious Readers and would not hesitate to recommend and use the company again. Thank you.
