Delivery was terrible, no paperwork given to my engineers to check quantities and correct sizes. Total shambles, no grills with first delivery, so total waste of 4 engineers time today
We will be billing Sertus for this.

I attended ‘Sertus Live: Smoke Control in Action’ and found it to be a really valuable event. It tackled the industry challenge of design intent to what firefighters actually experience on site.

I contacted the team to arrange training on one of the systems currently in place on site. Although they were unable to assist directly, they got back to me promptly and explained that they work alongside another provider who would be better suited to support this request.
