Fast server with great service. I have tried many different solutions, this is the one with best performance and service!

We've gone through several specialist Wordpress solutions (WPEngine, Kinsta, PressLabs), but Servebolt is truly a unique support experience. Since the migration, we've had a direct channel in Slack and we make people adapt to your needs.

We really grew up together at ServeBolt!

Have used Servebolt for years with the agency I work with for many of our higher-end clients. Great customer service with fast and reliable site performance. A little more pricy than other hosting providers, but you get what you pay for. Will continue to use.

So far, I've been really impressed with the team at Servebolt. I am NOT a developer, but they are patient, responsive and super helpful. I tend to do most of my web development at nightime, and usually someone picks up my request within 5-10 minutes. They are not 24/7, but sometimes it feels like it. Unparalleled out-of-the-box performance for WordPress/WooCommerce and great customer service.

I have now used Servebolt for around a year on a rather demanding Woocommerce installation and I am delighted with the server capacity, and not least the support and follow-up.

Since I started out with Servebolt over a year ago I have been extremely impressed with the speed, stability and top class support.

*Website uptime is perfect.
*Speed, very fast especially with Accelerated domains.
*Support answers within a few minutes and quickly resolves any questions/issues. One of the best support teams I've dealt with. They know their stuff and do their best to help you out.

Definitely very happy with the move from Siteground.

The best hosting service I've ever experienced. It's like having an IT manager in your team - even on an entry plan. They are not cheap but I need things to work and ideally be fast - here you get both. The only faster host I've tried went overboard with the caching which meant all the dynamic customizations we need for our websites didn't work (they were turned into static HTML). With servebolt we got the second fastest server I've ever tried, awesome support that can actually help you (i.e. no need to wait for escalated tickets) and things just run smoothly. And it's been like that for the last four years.

Coming from Kinsta, performance wise Servebolt will no doubt blow your mind. Support experience is also outstanding: knowledgeable and friendly.

So in that regard highly recommended and very happy we made the switch with our high traffic seasonal business website.

For us the only issues with our move to Servebolt are:

1. Missing a quick *manual* backup and recover function from Servebolt admin panel. Be prepared for a very basic admin panel.
2. Missing a simple one click staging environment setup.
3. No 2FA security for admin panel login.

These previous mentioned features were all top notch at Kinsta.

However, the lack of these features still does not stack against the performance increase from our move to Servebolt. Kinsta was driving us crazy with the 'PHP workers cap'.

We hope these missing basic features will be added soon as a standard parts of the Servebolt plans.

Best hosting out there!

Did a lot of research online and Servebolt came out as one of the fastest hosting providers. We had a big custom VPS running, but it did slow down or crash with to many customers or dynamic requests.

We run a big WooCommerce website with a lot of resource heavy plugins. No matter how many customers or plugins doing stuff at the same time, this never brought the site down again. You really do get what you pay for.

The support is very helpful and always responds within couple of minutes.

Almost no outages and when it happens, the site got back up in minutes with the support team responding in like a minute.

Quick reply and great support.

Very good stability and reliability. Got rid of a lot of plugin compatibility issues. No longer issue when updating plugins.

Not often I will write such a bad review but I don't wish other people to have the same experience that I had with this company.

I read a favourable review on a Wordpress review site (Servebolt have a very generous affiliate scheme) and decided to give their free trial a go.

The first rep I spoke to was decent, we got the site running on their test environment without much fuss, there was a slight issue after it was first ported where there were 20 second plus load times but they made some changes that sorted that pretty quickly, all good.

The site was quite a bit faster than the existing host (Siteground Cloud Server) so I decided to give them a go. This is where things started to go wrong.

We had just paid up front until about 5 weeks in the future with Siteground so I wasn't in a rush to move to them immediately, I mentioned this and they said that they would do a free month at the start to get me onboard.

All fine so they opened the account and again moved the live site from the existing server to their server.

Same issue again with the long load time but this time it took them 5 days to fix.

When fixed and I tested the site speed it was not as fast as the test server that we first used, it was around 40% slower and comparable to the Siteground server we were using.

The admin section was super basic, nothing wrong with it but calling it a managed server is kinda close to the bone, you can add ftp users and SSL, but that's about it. Compared to WP Engine or Siteground it's like stepping back in time, and their basic server was 99 Euros per month, I think they have a cheaper offering now which makes sense.

The customer service guy I was dealing with was polite, no real problems as such apart from having to wait several hours for responses sometimes as their support does not appear to be 24/7, but with the site being very average speed wise and the massive step down in functionality from the Siteground admin to theirs there really wasn't any point going ahead with the move.

So after a couple of hours of playing with it and getting quite frustrated at the lack of speed and the basic controls I switched the server back over to Siteground.

What I then should have done was go in and cancelled the account - I had a look around in the admin but couldn't see how to do it (it is there) so I thought I would come back to it the following morning, it was getting late in the evening by that point.

Next morning life happened and I forgot to cancel it. Then yesterday they took 99 Euros from the card I had to enter to open the account, the subscription had kicked in. My bad for not cancelling it, of course.

So I thought that if I told the customer support team what had happened they would simply refund the money as I would not be using the server for this month and had not used it last month.

But no, they wouldn't do that only offer a credit. Which is about as much use as to me as a chocolate teapot as the service was not up to standard and there is no way I would use it.

So, I paid 99 Euros for two hours worth of average hosting whilst testing their average service.

I should have cancelled the trail, which was my bad. But the server time that was allocated during the free trail was exactly that, free. I immediately cancelled the server yesterday after they told me how to do it, so there is no server time being used from the 99 Euros I had just paid up front. Without the refund, I have paid for nothing.

So beware the free trail they will offer you when you first contact them, the actual speed you will get does not represent what you will start paying.

Beware that support is not 24 hour and they are based on European time.

Beware the admin panel is super basic with the ability to set up FTP and SSL, that is literally about it.

Beware that if you do need anything refunding you will only get a credit, they have a policy of not issuing refunds. Beware any company that does this, for obvious reasons – that is bad business
