This site is absolutely fantastic, cloudnord.net. Their products as well as customer service meet all standards. As soon as you open a support ticket, it takes no longer than 5 minutes before you get a response from one of their admin/customer service staff.

They have really professional and dedicated staff who are understanding and continue to help until the problem is solved, and their products perform as they should... I can only recommend this company for buying your server from.

I had to set a Minecraft server for some friends a couple months ago. I had no idea how to do this at the time. CloudNord made it so easy and seamless in setting up the server. I had no problems with it at all going into it with barely any knowledge on how to do so. On top of the user friendly client they have for the server, their customer service is outstanding. They are so quick to get back to you in Discord regarding any issue. What I love most is it doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with a big company, rather more like a family owned business. If you want a server host that will actually care and have good customer service, CloudNord is your guy. Any future hosting I do, I will without a doubt be going with CloudNord.

Great service since the beginning! QUICK startup, various price points, and easy to use console. No issues at all with even with multiple members online. When an issue did arise it was resolved within minutes. Highly recommend hosting your server through cloudnord!

Easy to set up I did have an issue but the moderators solved it instantly I would definitely recommend using this if you want to host a Minecraft server.
