There is a step-by-step explanation for handling tickets and even an explanation as to why each step in the process works. This should definitely be used by anyone wanting to get into Service Desk, Help Desk or any other Tier 1 IT career.

Saw this on tiktok. Its really great, especially for students like me who wants to know the basic stuff about the path of being a tech support. Its great for expanding your knowledge and the hint feature is great because you can use it without any limit.

Great hands-on practice for anyone trying to break into IT. The mock tickets and support calls helped me build confidence and feel more prepared for interviews.
This gave me a realistic look at service desk work. The practice calls and troubleshooting scenarios made me much more comfortable and confident applying for IT roles.

Perfect to simulate the average day in the field
After earning my helpdesk certification, I heard about this sim through social media and I wanted to try it out. So far, it does a great job of simulating what a helpdesk associate at the first tier goes through which is to help reset passwords, reconfigure vpns, and just guide clients through their fixes. Overall a great start but I wish there were more complex problems so others could get experience from those too.
