The most Awesome Experience I have ever had!

After about 3 days of the free trial, I had to go Pro. Unlimited tickets, calls, and voicemails! There is a step-by-step explanation for handling tickets and even an explanation as to why each step in the process works. This should definitely be used by anyone wanting to get into Service Desk, Help Desk or any other Tier 1 IT career.

Great For Students

Saw this on tiktok. Its really great, especially for students like me who wants to know the basic stuff about the path of being a tech support. Its great for expanding your knowledge and the hint feature is great because you can use it without any limit.

Great hands-on practice for anyone…

Great hands-on practice for anyone trying to break into IT. The mock tickets and support calls helped me build confidence and feel more prepared for interviews.

This gave me a realistic look at service desk work. The practice calls and troubleshooting scenarios made me much more comfortable and confident applying for IT roles.

Real Experience, Fun Game

It's a genuine way to gain experience doing the job of a Service Desk Technician without having to go through the trenches of acquiring a real job in one. Offering real experience in a gamified format.

I love this game so much. I love how it gamifies the Helpdesk experience. It is very addicting and has genuinely transformed my IT skills.

I LOVE THIS GAME!

This site is amazing! It is very realistic, and it has helped me in my current IT job. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to get into IT.

Perfect to simulate the average day in the field

After earning my helpdesk certification, I heard about this sim through social media and I wanted to try it out. So far, it does a great job of simulating what a helpdesk associate at the first tier goes through which is to help reset passwords, reconfigure vpns, and just guide clients through their fixes. Overall a great start but I wish there were more complex problems so others could get experience from those too.
