I'm 68 and normally get my son to do anything involving forms online. Decided to try this myself for my eTA to go see the grandkids in Toronto, and I got through the whole thing without phoning him once. That says a lot.

I feel bad about this company
I feel bad about this company. They charge you 5 times the price for a service which costs you 15 euro max if you go direct to the governmental site. Feels like a scam.

You can just download the official app (called "UK ETA").
By going to the official app you only pay 20£ per ETA.

ARNAQUE !! Fuyez ce site au plus vite, le coût standard pour un AVE au Canada n'est que de 7$ canadien ; ils vous facturent 89$ (92€,avec le change !) pour un document et un N° d'AVE qui n'est pas reconnu par le site officiel par lequel je suis finalement passé. pour 2 personnes, ça me coûte près de 300$ car il y avait un bug dans une des pages de ma 2e demande et, une fois payé, impossible de continuer !! Jolie arnaque et malgré les gentils commentaires (voir les autre avis à une étoile) tout ça n'est que poudre aux yeux, j'ai peu de chances de me faire rembourser.
Le voyage commence bien !

Beantragung eines Visas für UK
Beantragung eines Visas für UK - am Morgen probiert bei Service eVisa. Das Passportphoto wird nicht akzeptiert. Jetzt vielleicht schon 10x fotographiert, ohne Erfolg. Am Mittag mit der offiziellen Webseite der Regierung probiert. Nach ca. 30min hatte ich schon 2 Einreiseerlaubnisse. Kosten waren nicht einmal 1/4 der Kosten von Service eVisa. Keine Hinweise, was an dem Photo zu ändern ist, bei Kontaktanfrage meldet sich niemand. Entweder ist der Service absolut unterirdisch oder die Seite ist komplett ein Fake.
