If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Nothing wrong with the product but customer service sucks. I called them three times to try and set up a return, never heard back.

We were in St Louis MO and we couldn't find a certain T-shirt in size 2X. Went on line just to see, and you had the perfect t shirt. Ordered it and got it by the next week.

Kool Shirts
Shirts are great. Kool to see our last name in advertisement, that's what got me to order. Only thing that would have made the shirt better would be if the front of shirt or sleeve had a small "Z" printed there. I think when my relatives see my son's and mine shirts they will be ordering same from you.

HI Clarkson, your order was sent in 2 different packages. The Gray/XL t-shirt arrived on Aug 22.
The 3 other T-shirts sent with tracking number LR151793620CN (shipped by USPS) arrived on Aug 29. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
EDIT: In response to company reply - I refused delivery because it arrived way past the expected delivery date and I had purchased an alternative already (it was cheaper and arrived the next day). I told you I wanted a refund and I no longer wanted your product but you ignored me. Then 2 days later you said we can't cancel your order as we have just despatched it. Lazy and unprofessional.
Absolute joke of a company. Take your money, don't deliver anywhere near the time given and are almost unresponsive when taken to task. They sell overpriced items and deliver terrible customer service. They don't listen and aren't cooperative.
In the end I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. The merchant will be billed for that. If only they'd responded and listened they could have saved themselves a few quid.
Don't waste your time with this joke of a 'company'.

Great quality , but be patient if you’re ordering a specialized product. It does take a few weeks to get it but it will be delivered. I recommend this company

I ordered the t shirt on the 7th of June and I am still waiting nearly a month on …… what the hell is going on with this cowboy 🤠 company? And I paid nearly £5 for delivery…. Disgusting customer service.
