More than one week later, my account was still not permanently self-excluded. During that time I deposited over €3,500 and continued receiving VIP promotional emails, including cashback offers encouraging me to keep playing.

Only after I contacted live chat today was I told that my complaint had finally reached the complaints department. Chat support also confirmed that my account had still not been permanently self-excluded.

I find it completely unacceptable that a customer who repeatedly discloses a severe gambling addiction, asks for permanent self-exclusion and requests that all marketing stops can continue gambling for over a week while still receiving VIP promotions.

Based on my experience, I have no confidence in Seven Casino’s responsible gambling procedures. I cannot recommend this casino to anyone. If you value customer safety and responsible gambling, choose another operator.
