I have not lost a pound and my appetite was not less after 3 weeks. The communication from doctor and support was sorely lacking. The only thing I lost was money. Don't gamble. I don't trust their products. I have been on semiglutide before thru a weight loss center and had great results very quickly. The only thing I lost was money, and time trying to get a hold of someone.

The team here is very professional! They have always answered any questions that I have regarding my subscription. Very knowledgeable.

I left a great review for this pharmacy, no issues whatsoever , until today I called the pharmacy and Jessica answered and was huffing and puffing like she was annoyed by the phone call so I said to her I think I chose the wrong pharmacy and said thank you but cancel my subscription, she emails me back a snotty reply telling me to have a better day IM DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY ..NASTY PEOPLE MY CALLS ARE RECORDED AND WOULD LOVE TO SEND IT IN TO YOU

Tried to order prescriptions through them and ended up being charged three times! Two of the charges were over the weekend when they weren’t even open so there was nothing that could be done, aside from emailing them. Monday afternoon still zero communication from them so I called and was told I had placed multiple orders (I had not). The following day I received emails saying the orders were “denied.” When I had to again call (they’re horrible at communication) I was told their system glitched and they cancelled EVERYTHING including my original order that had not yet shipped! So a week & numerous charges later no RX and waiting on a refund supposedly……..

I had several questions and they answered all of them.

Much confusion on Dr check up….. wrong dates or never received texts until I called 4-6 times. Then my account was closed and had to debate that issue.

All is good now…but because of pharmacy department.

Excellent customer service. Minor issues handled easily and professionally. The product also appears to work.

So far so good, 100% online. Always answers emails. Going on my on my third week and I feel great! Have lost 11 pounds and for some reson my body is not hurting as much, I belive this product is helping with inflammation...
