Always give up to date info on your purchase, good and well wrapped items that arrive in good condition. Always answer their e-mails and are very helpful with questions/queries. Nice reward system for regulars, and easy to follow website, and very competitive prices.

Seven Hills Crafts is one of the best companies that I deal with. Orders are filled quickly and packed carefully, with a board envelope protecting the dies. Tara and Rick are easy to contact and happy to answer questions. Altogether a 5* plus company.

Tara and Rick of Seven Hills Crafts have an extensive range of products and brands. They sell coordinating dies to match stamp sets and on their website you can search by theme. Their prices are great, they have many sale items and new products are regularly added.

I have ordered from Seven Hills for years and have always been very happy with the speed of the service. Last night I accidentally placed the same order twice, with the payment going through twice but the order did not arrive with the company. I had an email resolving all of this early this morning. It is much appreciated.

These folks look after their customers. I recently made a purchase which qualified for free delivery, and the next day or so placed another order as I’d forgotten some bits which was under the threshold for delivery so paid delivery on that order. Without asking, they combined the 2 orders and refunded the delivery charge, with them both arriving at the same time. It may not seem like a big deal, but in a world where all these massive companies couldn’t give a monkeys about their customers, Seven Hills still clearly keep their customers at the forefront of what they do - all the others could learn a thing or two from SHC!

I have bought items from Seven Hills Crafts on a number of occasions over the years and always been extremely happy with their products and delivery. I ordered again this week and, within an hour, realised I’d ordered the wrong cutting dies! I contacted them and, within a day, the correct item had been dispatched and the difference in price had been refunded. Excellent customer service, couldn’t ask for better.

I placed and paid for my order and then realised I had inadvertently purchased a wrong item. I contacted Seven Hills, explaining my problem and asked if it would be possible to change my order. I received a fast response and advised it was not a problem. My order arrived the next day! Always amazing customer service and a great range of products. An excellent company to deal with.

They stock a great selection of my favourite stamps and dies at a very reasonable price. My orders always arrive very quickly and are packaged with care. I love that I always get a personal thank you for placing my order. Its the little touches that make you feel valued.

This was my first order with Seven Hills and I was delighted with the excellent service I received. I ordered on the Friday and received my order within 24 hours. The items I ordered were as described and packaged well. I will definately be ordering again.

I have ordered twice now from Seven Hills and both times my order has arrived in good time and has been well packaged to avoid any damage. Their products are more reasonably priced than ordering from some of the larger online stores. I wouldnt hesitate to order again.
