Always swift and accurate delivery. Love that they have a points system which gives you money off. Great if you buy a lot. Their website is great and I love their wish list feature which takes the item off when you order it. Many websites don’t do this. You can tell it’s a small family business too, great interaction. I love this online shop! They offer the best range of craft materials from many interesting companies you won't find elsewhere in the UK. I am now a huge fan of The Greetery's products thanks to Seven Hills Crafts. Their website is very easy to use & allows quick flicking from one page to another. Buying, checking out all very quick & simple. I especially like the 'let me know when it's back in stock' button. They really do and it's never a long wait.
P&p charges are very reasonable and the delivery is fast & reliable. Communication & tracking are excellent, I never have to chase a purchase or enquire as to where it is.

Everything you order is received in a matter of days and is always securely packaged.
I also like that they are sent by Royal Mail who will not just leave your items on your doorstep for all to see. They will try to deliver the next working day,or you can go on the website and arrange a date when you will be in.
