Extrêmement déçu! La qualité de service n'est pas la, les competences, la comprehension non plus, de personnes qui parlent soit disant français.
J'ai payé 1 prestation qui reste incomplète pas de compte bancaire associé a ma societe apres 5 mois!!!!je dois faire le travail a leur place, les relancer en permanence, répéter par mail sans arrêt les memes choses.
Un remboursement est exigé!!
Une action auprès des autorités a Dubai sera faite si je n'ai pas mon argent rapidement!
Ils me parlent de faire un geste pour ouvrir un autre compte alors qu'ils ne répondent jamais a mes mails, et ca faisait parti de leur boulot de tout ouvrir!!!

Herewith my follow up review on SFM; I transferred my company from SFM to CFS Formations, and would like to share my experience.
Even though the service and initial fees from SFM seemed good, I soon realized that their subsequent fees were extremely high and were not disclosed upfront (they sneak them into the fine print when you sign up). Exiting their service is more expensive than registering a new company! I would advise any prospective client to compare the offering from CFS before engaging with SFM, CFS is better in every aspect (service, pricing, transparancy & disclosure etc.)

I knew it was going to be a challenge to find the right company for my setup, but fell for SFM and decided to give it a go.

- I first needed guidance, but didn't get much of it and was mislead several time as to where would best fit my requirements, leading me in extra costs. The company eventually got open, but to date, I am still awaiting for a bank account despite the extra additional 100$ for a bank that after two month almost has not yet responded...?

- Extremely poor communication, you don't get to communicate by any other means than phone or email. Unfortunately I do not have phone coverage here, but I have internet with all imagineable application (Teams, Skype, whatsapp, zoom...) I was told these apps were not allowed and only phone or email.... you left me only email to communicate not the other way around. In 2021, who cannot allow to use voice over ip numerous apps? Apart from this, since left out with email only, it was a question from me in the morning, and one most of the time inaccurate response the next day, no more than one exchange a day so definitely no international support structure, and obviously no out of UAE hours support either. Sorry but you should really look into using internet voice services, and not should really review your international capacity, phone is a costly comuunication medium, and a little old for actual available collaboration tools.

I have invested 2000+ $ and all I got is a company registration. It has been five months, and I still cannot do anything with this company that has no bank account. paied extra fees to get an account with a certain bank but application submitted over a month ago, and still "in process", come on, this isnt very efficient or is it?

SFM is a joke, I really do not recommended, if you want to work offshore pick another service provider.

I am really disapointed for not getting what I paid for, and wasting this money that could have been better used with another company. The last they told me is that I should open a bank account with a financial institution instead and "normal bank application takes so much time, why did they not tell me this in the first place? I will have to find the bank account myself, since SFM is incapable of providing the service. Needless to say that there is absolutely no refund. Desptite the fact that I do not get what I asked for, they only offer you a voucher... Just like if I was going to do further business with them.

The least they could do is apologies for being that incompetant, and refund the money they did not even use to open my bank account.

I am really not the person who write a negative review but this company is really so shi*tyenough that i am ready to warn the people who are going to order any service from them. They state that it takes 2-3 days to incooperate a company which is an absolute bullsh*. It tooks them 2 months to incooperate the company and it was too late for me. I contacted the agent told her 10293029402 times to refund me even the half of the price but She is consistently saying the service was provided on time. Are you fu*king joking???????????????????????????You made me enough trouble with it and i require to refund me the half price of the paid service and also to dissolve the company. I wrote regarding this and the agent is stating it would cost EUR 2,550.What the hell for? Because i dont need it anymore. I found a company in Dubai who have incooporated my company within 3 working days!!!! I require one more time to dissolve the company and to return me the minimum of paid money or i am going to police!!!!!

This is the most shi***y company i have dealed with!

I paid a whopping € 2668 for opening a company. Never opened and to date they have not yet refunded my money. They are scammers. I'm suing him, stay away.

SFM has proved again its excellent reputation.

Salvatore (SFM account manager) has provided an awesome service, delivering all as promised, always supportive and helpful. Listening and understanding the adverse costumes and legislations between the different countries, he has also showed an incredible flexibility to always find a reasonable way to fulfill all needs and achieve the final goal of delivering a company that fits my specific needs. Its look like its a scam scheme they will not do anything for you and only take your money.
They do not refund my money.
Do not use this provider.

Well, SFM is an ordinary scam. If you see a good review think twice...
I paid them Euro 960 on June 17, 2021 and today is July 8, 2021. No company, no refund, just blah blah blah, our legal department blah blah blah...In fact, that is their illegal department...Have already reported them in Geneva Police, in Dubai Police, and now prepare a case with the top commercial law office in Europe. Until I see these scams in jail.

Shameless company, not professionals at all.
I have requested a full list of fees for the renewal of a Company which was due, and they sent me an invoice for half of the fees.
Once they received the payment they sent another surprising invoice stating that the initial bill was just for a previous year and they needed to cover new kyc charges.
They deliberately hide some of the fees and in this business transparency is key. Stay way.

It was way beyond my expectations. An extraordinary experience.
Amazing customer service and products! My account manager (Martin) is very helpful and contacted me right away when I had a question.
Absolutely loved my experience with this shop. They were quick to respond to my questions.
Delivered as promised.

Hello

I had ordered a company in Panama, I sent the documents to the address that the lady gave me.

The documents were valid for a few months, but the letter was returned in error, the address was not correct, so I marked the exact address I was given.

Results I ask for a refund, I am told that out of 1000 € I can only be reimbursed 600 € ... And a few months later I was reimbursed 0 €

48 hour company is a lie

I strongly advise against this company. There are much more serious companies. I am extremely angry with SFM

Martin Zubeldia has been our client advisor since the inception and he has been extremely helpful and professional in recommending practical solutions for our various business inquiries. He impressed us with being prompt and meticulous in all communications.

This company are an absolute disgrace. I dealt with a gentleman called Raul. He advised me of the best route to to take. I then sent the funds following his advice. I was then told that it was not possible. I then asked a a full refund on three occassions however was ignored. I then looked around and have seen the reviews. Please keep away from this company. I believe they are buying reviews on Feefo. I asked for a refund. A lady called Kirtee was trying to talk me into another jurisdiction I told her in no uncertain terms. I did NOT want to so this. I simply wanted my money back. I was then told it would take 3-4 weeks for this to happen. Please do not go near this company - disgraceful. I relied on Feefo review- when I should have looked at Trust Pilot - which shows how this company operates. Stay clear I warn you. Thanks
