Sent wrong scooter

On march 23 2026 received the wrong scooter called same day left message no return call. Got a text next day said that they were emailing me a return label, today is April 5 left 2 text messages no response. Still no return label.

Having the product I needed for every…

Having the product I needed for every day use. The cost of the product was reasonable. I was able to track my product by using the app. One thing can be improve is that, when the product is shipped to place or home; it don't tell you in real time that the product arrive. I got the text hours later. I thought that can put my package in danger of being stolen.

According to the tracking information, the package shows delivered. Sometimes the carrier may leave the parcel in a mailbox, front door, porch, garage, or with a neighbor, so we kindly recommend checking these locations first. It’s also possible that a family member or someone at your address received it on your behalf.

If you’re still unable to locate the package, please let us know. We recommend contacting your local post office or delivery carrier as well, since they can often provide more specific delivery details (such as the exact drop-off location or GPS confirmation).

Everything was wrong

I ordered a black bike, and they gave me a white one. Also, the battery I ordered was a 17.5mh. They sent me a 15mh, last but not least it's supposed to have been a 500w. They sent a 750w.

You ordered a black bike, but received a white one.
