Stags Head Wall Decor
I purchased an item for my home and was quite pleased, although the item was smaller than expected its lovely quality and arrived quite speedily.
Perhaps if pictures are taken with another item so a sense of size could be achieved then I would have given this a 5* rating!

Awful customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered two items as gifts separately paid for delivery and they sent both items to one person. Their mistake and they didn't rectify. I asked for a Manager to call me and they refused. Wouldn't recommend them ever. For the sake of an item that was worth less than £15! It was their mistake, you would think that they would offer a refund for the delivery I paid for seen as the item that wasn't sent out....but nope! Very unprofessional.

So sorry you have experienced this, we did send both items to the one address which was our complete fault and we did offer to have the item collected and sent to the correct person however you did refuse for the item to be collected.
I am the manager and did speak to you on the telephone and did offer the above but without the item collected we could not offer a refund for this item. The items purchased had free delivery so no charges were made for delivery
