Shades Blinds Opiniões 

The guy from Shades blinds who came this morning to take measurements for my other windows was extremely rude and disrespectful. The way he spoke to me was completely unprofessional and lacked basic manners and respect. Instead of listening properly, he just kept arguing the whole time.

He also seemed to be in such a rush that he simply gave his quotation and did not bother discussing anything properly. When I told him that I would leave bad reviews because of his behaviour , he replied, “Yeah,yeah, sure, joshua murrey, definitely do it.”

Very disappointing customer service and attitude.

Had Ryan out to measure went through it all in no time and the price was fab so booked up and waiting on my new blinds great service

The service I received was excellent from start to finish ,I was kept well imformed throughout the ordering and instillation

I wrote a review about 3 months ago just felt it was fair to update my review because of recent changes.
i bought blinds 7 months ago. firstly the blinds didn’t fit although made to measure. After a very unpleasant experience with one of the salesman/ fitter. i told him not to contact me again he called me a liar. Never in my life have I employed somebody for a service and be spoken into the way he did. Eventually, a second blind was made and put up it was worse than first blind. The sent out a really professional guy who was lovely and agreed that the blinds were bowed . there was one member of staff Danny in Office who did everything his power to solve problem eventually after much stress and time-consuming seven months in total I got my money back but after the blinds came down there was holes in my walls that had just been painted the blinds that had been fitted hadn’t been done correctly raw plugs.
massive damage so cost me to get decorator in again to fix !! so cost me more money for both windows to be repaired. the stress this situation cost me was unbelievable. i had to constantly chase the company up was told a whole lot of different stories. nightmare. don’t know what happened to this company as they put blinds up in my conservatory and was pleased. personally, I would advise people against using this company.

Love my shutters but one fell off the wall within 3 months and another fell off 2 years after being installed. I have now been waiting 4 months to have it repaired. Difficult to get someone to speak to and, although they promise to call back, they never do. Customer service is appalling.

The company went ahead with an order which hadn't been finalised. We still had to choose between 2 colours, but rather than checking which colour we wanted, the company put together the 4 blinds with 2 blinds in each colour. There seems to be no system in place to catch situations like this and we were blamed for it.
The fitter (a nice guy) noticed and told us about the different colours.
In response the salesman came back and was so defensive and accusatory that he turned a poor situation into a terrible one.
We were told the customer service would be in touch, but they haven't.
I wouldn't recommend or use the company again.

Fast professional service from start to finish
Ordered two blinds after the service I received before. Very happy with quality of blinds and the fitter was very good.

Never replied when I complained about bumps on blinds would not recommend them

Such an easy experience, from booking our measurement appointment online to then James coming out measuring and showing me samples and me choosing what I wanted. It was then a straight forward process to get them booked in ans paying and the fitting was so quick also and no mess or anything left. We absolutely love our blinds. We got 5x wooden blinds in scandi oak and 3x white blackout roller blinds.

Was a large office job and although a few windows were missed or wrong size, Shades rectified very quickly which is really appreciated. Would recommend- thanks to all at Shades 👏👏👏
