Really not trustable ,,, they don’t want to refund my money since the dress not as expected ,,, now they say is over seas and cost a lot for shipping , means I lose my money ,,, material so bad don’t buy there

I just came to see if anyone else has had the trouble I’ve had, and it looks like my suspicions are correct. It is a fraudulent company. The only reason I purchased from them was they had a good return policy and had an “about” that I see now is completely false. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Really wish social media had a “country of origin” policy so we could see where the company is from before ordering.

I ordered three items from their website - Sharon & Ellen Savannah. The label on the shipping package shows it was shipped from a Grapevine, TX address. The items did not fit; I sent an email advising I want to return the items and get a refund, they said that the items have to be shipped back 'internationally' and that it will cost 25% - 40% of what I paid ($127) to ship them back. They refuse to refund me my money. They are a China based company and the website is a fraudulent set-up. I have submitted a complaint to multiple entities including: FBI, FTC, Attorneys General of GA, TX and the US. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SEE OTHER ENTRIES FOR SOPIE AND GRACE.
