Sharpes Estates was founded in 2001 by Mr Andrew Sharpe. Having been in business for 22 years, we pride ourselves on having a great understanding of the property industry, especially within SW19 and surrounding areas in London. Having a small dedicated team has allowed us to focus on prioritising and maintaining relationships with both clients and landlords, which is what has helped Sharpes establish itself and go from strength to strength for over 22 years!

SAR response raises further concerns
Update April 2026: Following my formal complaint of December 2025 about the viewing arrangements during my tenancy, I submitted a Subject Access Request in January 2026 under Article 15 UK GDPR seeking the personal data Sharpes Estates held about me in connection with the tenancy and complaint.
Sharpes Estates responded stating that they held no personal data relating to me in respect of those matters, including no viewing logs, complaint records or communications. I have since written asking them to clarify that position, given that I hold contemporaneous emails and WhatsApp messages from Sharpes staff, and given Sharpes’ own complaint response of December 2025 and public reply to my review of December 2025 in January 2026.
I have also asked them to clarify their record-retention position. The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice states: “You must keep clear and full written records of your relationship with landlords and tenants for at least six years.”
I am currently awaiting their clarification.

The team at Sharpes are wonderful
The team at Sharpes are wonderful. They’ve been managing my rental properties for some years now and I’m very happy with the service. They are super efficient handling any maintenance or compliance issues for me.
The tenants they’ve found for me have always been good, looking after the properties well. They’ve managed to find new tenants very quickly when the old tenants vacate.
Sharpes provide a friendly, professional and personal service to landlords.
