I have to honestly say that over 50 years of home baking, your Baker's Blend flour is the best bread flour I have used. The texture straight from the bag is like silk, it's easy to work, rises in record time and cooks a beautifully balanced, crusty on the outside, soft on the inside loaf, that's utterly delicious!

I was given a delivery date from 03/05 to 05/05, my delivery arrived on 04/05 which was perfect. My order was correct and complete. I have mixed a couple of spelt sourdough loaves today, the quality of the flour is excellent and I am looking forward to tasting the finished loaves. I will be ordering from you again. I have been buying organic flour in bulk for @ 3 years. Nothing wrong with my previous supplier but they do not supply spelt flour. Many Thanks.

I have tried various types of wheat for about 50 years and all caused serious reflux. This organic spelt had no effect.
Previous trials with spelt had failed as did all other types of wheat except some bread I tried in Belgium about 20 years ago. There must be something awful about the so-called fortifiers that the British government force all the millers and importers to add - even to organic products.

the product I was looking for was out of stock. I requested an alert to when it would be available to purchase. I was informed when stocks had been replenished and immediately placed an order, which was delivered free of charge. I love their products and recommend them to friends and family.
