My table and chairs arrived on the date I was given. I had an email telling me roughly how far away they were.
The 2 gentlemen who brought my table and chairs were really friendly and gave us tips on how to put it all together safely. All together it was a good service which I would highly recommend.

I am over the moon with my Tribeca bouche sofa and chair its stunning!! everyone who has seen have said WOW!!

I have committed on the time of sale delivery after 15 days but when i rang on 15th day they have no idea about the conversation of the delivery date. Now as per conversation the delivery is on 29th of May which is 29th day of the sale . Very poor customer support.

Very easy to order not received yet so can’t say anymore. The only negative so far is how long it takes to deliver have just had delivery date but six was seams a long while would rather have paid a delivery charge and received it sooner. Just hope will be pleased when table arrives. Will do another review then

To be honest I thought the table and chairs were lovely in the picture. Realisation they look cheap and tacky. One chair was faulty and I had tried to ring the showroom/customer service line multiple times with no joy then I msg'd the mobile of the delivery person. Which I was able to get some kinda of help 'just use a drill and make another hole' excuse me. I shouldn't have to. So they reluctantly asked me to package up the chair and dpd would collect. I have since received supposedly a new chair, how this looks reconditioned. One of are original chairs after having only 2 weeks has broke and has a bent leg so not able to sit on it. I decided with the hassle of reaching someone and the hassle of the other chair I will tip these awful cheap chairs and buy some proper ones from a store.
I originally got a txt saying your delivery is between 7-9am that's was perfect. Oh the day before I receive a call saying 5am, I asked if they was a joking and they said no. They have no consideration for neighbours. Using and electric drill/screwdriver at that time. When I said my neighbours won't be happy with the noise the delivery persons reply 'well it's not everyday you get a new table and chairs is it luv'. They don't even take the rubbish away. Now I have to try and get it to the tip. They said oh we don't take the packaging you have to dispose of it. I have never heard of this. £100 I gave them to put a table together. Absolute money cheating company. I would avoid at all costs. Looks nice but actually very poorly made rubbish.

I was informed a day before of delivery that the item which I ordered is not available in stock and need to wait for another 3-4 weeks.

In total from the time of order, it will be 7-8 weeks before the order will be delivered.

I wish they would communicate the delivery time line… it’s been a month and I still have not received my delivery. Your website said up to 2 weeks … I will give another review as soon as I receive the delivery

The ordering process was straightforward and the ongoing notifications regarding delivery were helpful.
The delivery men were friendly and courteous. The extremely early morning delivery time was fine and worth it !!

The Ariana Black Marble Table with Chrome Stand, and the Black plush velvet high back lion knocker chairs (Lucia) are fantastic, very high quality.The A Team did a brilliant job assembling the table and chairs, (I recommend paying for assembly) and were very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Inlove with my table and chair dining set delivery was early hours but delivery men was very quiet and respectful. Very happy.

Visited the store on off chance looking for a mattress and dining table and chairs! I felt really comfortable from the get go, had a real family feel in there and was advised against the mattress I wanted (which was the dearer option) to a cheaper mattress that they recommended for quality, Iv held of reviewing for 4 weeks so I could test the mattress and table quality and have to say Iv not had comfier sleeps! Thanks again and I will 100% be recommending the shop to freind and family
