Went to the shayona store in neasden and the mohantail was stale , off . The penda was stale too not fresh Indian sweets don't buy .

never received my delivery. placed an order on monday. delivery was supposed to be a day later. Messaged them they said it was a day delayed...so far its now Friday and no sight of my delivery.

Another made to shayona fresh (Says) frozen foods well packed no issues no damage foods sealed well came quick 2 days very happy with order but good is nice when fried or airfryer quality is excellent thank JSN 🙏🏼 😃 😊

Ordered fresh guava, cornmeal flour and 2 different snacks. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Snacks are delicious, cornmeal has a use by date of Jan 2027 so good, long shelf life and the guava are fresh and smelling amazing. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered several varieties of 'crisps' from this company and must say in all honesty, NONE of the crisps were pleasant......They had a soft chewy weird texture and flavour.....The peanut brittle was edible, but not fresh tasting as it wasn't crunchy.....Kept the brittle and threw ALL the crisps away, so out of pocket .... Will absolutely not be purchasing from Shayona again....

Brought an item from Shayona Wembley today, when the item was scanned,the computer showed GBP 1.99 per piece, the Shayona website online showed GBP 1.99 per piece. However the smart gentleman at the counter initially increased the price to GBP 2.20 per piece and finally decided to sell at GBP 2.29 per piece.

For 10 pieces, I paid GBP 22.90 instead of GBP 19.90.

Feeling cheated for my money as well as the rude behavior whereby after making the payment, when asked about the price difference online, the person at counter said to return the item and go and purchase it online.

Please DO NOT VISIT this store. It's not worth it.

Came across website while searching for Indian groceries online. The website easy to use and navigate. The prices are competitive with other retail shops and not over inflated like they are on other websites. Good range love the selection no onion and garlic choices. The delivery was quick and really well packaged. Will certainly use again. Thanks Shayona UK.

My first experience of this company and I am impressed. They sorted out a delivery problem within minutes (DHL running late and missing me out). The mangoes I ordered were in perfect condition, unlike three orders I placed with another online supplier.
