geile lacyes

Hi Ardu,
Thank you for updating your review — we're glad to hear your order finally arrived!
We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and any frustration caused. As mentioned in our shipping policy, international orders are sent via standard mail and unfortunately do not include tracking, which can sometimes lead to longer delivery times and uncertainty.
We're always working to improve our service and communication, so your feedback is truly appreciated. If there's anything else we can help with, feel free to reach out again.
Best regards,
The SHAZARU Team
You get what you order

Geiler Shop rundum

Unfortunate
I ordered a few products from the company about a week ago. After purchasing $42 worth of products, my transaction was approved but I noticed there wasn’t any kind of shipment tracking. I didn’t think much of it but I tried reaching out to the store via email, anyways. It’s been about a week and still no reply.

Hello Caine,
We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order from us. Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capability to track orders outside of Germany, but we are working on offering a trackable option in the future. Nevertheless, your order should have arrived within 10 to 15 business days. If this is not the case, we assume that your package has been lost. Therefore, we would sent you a replacement. If you do receive your original order, you are welcome to keep it.
Kind regards,
Sena,
