Disappointing!
They used to be good.
Now they changed the formula of Jamaican Castor Oil leave in, which ruined my hair.
Customer service inexistant.
Rubbish.

It’s impossible to Contact them… i had a shampoo and i love it. Now it’s out of stock with my retailer. I checked other retailers but nothing. So i thought i contact the company myself. I went to the website but i can not call them or send an e-mail or whatever to come in contact with them. Really bad!!!!

Not owned my back people anymore. I will no longer purchase Shea. I found another black owned company to support.

Shampoo en conditioner zonder siliconen sulfaten en parabenen zou perfect moeten zijn. Na 3 weken wassen heb ik enorm veel roos en jeuk gekregen op mij hoofdhuid. Mij haar voelde ook absoluut niet schoon, het werd met de wasbeurten alleen viezer. Heb nu anti roos shampoo moeten aanschaffen om mijn hoofdhuid weer gezond te krijgen. Wat een rommel voor dat geld!

I purchased the set of shampoo conditioner and hair curl treatment, and from first go my hair was like straw i couldn't even brush it felt like my hair was going to fall out and break,even with the treatment and there was no extra curl to my curly hair that had lost its curl over the years,this stuff is utter crap and I've contacted the company 3 times with no reply, they do not care at all no customer service OMG how disgusting 😢 I'll be contacting my solicitor definitely since I can't get even a response what a waste of money that was warning do not buy this product it's crap.

The Virgin coconut oil I started using it a couple of years now and it doesn’t have that nice smell to it anymore and it’s not a clear yellow anymore like it use to be it’s a little cloudy and doesn’t have that good feeling on skin anymore either as if they are cutting back on it using cheaper product in it basically it’s not what it use to be I’ll look for other body oil.

I bought shea moisture kids detangler as its meant to be full of natural products. Smells lovely, so I thought I was on to a winner. But no. My daughter has naturally curly hair, so needs detangling spray every day. It left her hair extremely dry and brittle feeling, and what's worse, she actually woke up with her hair matted at the back. I had to stop using it right away. And I bought 2 bottles of it (and it wasn't cheap). Very disappointed.

At 77 my hair is graying and thinning and I've got the usual thinning real fast on top look. It doesn't regrow the hair but it makes what I've got really look good enough and thick enough to tie in a cute little neck pony tail.

Thank you to whoever suggested this product to me! You were right, it changed my hair from a dry frizzy mess to the hair I remember. I highly recommend it! Thank you.

I just didn’t give 0 because I don’t have that option.
I bought products through a promotional thing that was going around since June and until now, I’m still waiting for the products. I have called and they quick send me to another company and no ne solves the problem. I have emailed no one replied, I have sent comments on Instagram and guess what, no one replies. It is not only me but hundreds and of people who had the same problem. I work very hard for my money for you to be stealing lots of people for free. So please I would appreciate my money back please plus a compensation for the time I waste chasing you guys around. I will never buy your products again and that’s for sure.

This supposedly 100% pure xtra virgin coconut oil is everything BUT 100% coconut oil! The tiny fine print says "natural ingredients may vary" lmao what does that even mean if its coconut oil?
This "oil" is just oil. Im not even sure if theres ANY coconut oil in it. It sure doesnt have any smell like coconut oil or anything. Just plain oil. Any other 100% PURE coconut oil smells like coconut.
Worst waste of money! Do NOT waste your money on this horrible knock off, fake labled, non black owned product.
If you want 100% pure coconut oil, DON'T purchase this crap!!!!

Purchased 4 travel size body lotions and couldn’t squeeze anything out. Very disappointed. Other products with pumps also don’t work. Too bad because the product is great.

I love SheaMoisture products. They are the only ones that truly moisturize my skin and don't irritate. The only problem I have with it is: WHEN ARE YOU GOINIG TO PUT YOUR BODY MOISTURIZERS IN A PUMP? THE BOTTLES ARE VERY HARD TO SQUEEZE THE PRODUCT OUT AND THEN YOU ONLY GET HALF OF IT OUT SO I HAVE TO CUT THE BOTTLE IN HALF AND PUT MOISTURIZER INTO ANOTHER CONTAINER. I go through this trouble because I really like the product, but shouldn't have to. Thank you.

I absolutely love SheaMoisture! I've had troubles with my 3a hair most of my life because I didn't know/had been thought to properly take care of my hair.
Yes, it's true that some products, like shampoos can make your hair really dry, but this proves you get great value for what you paid. You just need to use the right products with it to make sure your hair is in optimal conditions.
I do think their products are a bit expensive but the products usually last long. (about 3 months, sometimes more) I have pretty long hair so I'll need to use more product.
Please make sure you use the right series of products for your hairtype and use them with proper technique. And know, sometimes a product just doesn't work for your hair and that's okay.

Hate this brand, I tried out their shampoo before an event and it absolutely ruined my hair, it was still greasy after washing and my curls just wouldn't stay. I literally had to put on dry shampoo to feel clean right after washing my hair! Oh and also not to forget the clumps of hair that I lost in the shower. My hair was the frizziest they had ever been, and Im not recommending this brand to anyone!!!!

I have had 4C hair for a long time and i happened to have tried the product from its free share product. This was absolutely good especially the leave-in conditioner.

I love everything I have tried from this brand. I only purchase hair and skin oil products and the nice shampoos and conditioners. I love the hair and skin oils. My hair is so skinny everyday and I only oil my hair once a week. My boyfriend bought me a lot more of this brand and I will not stop using it despite these reviews I have read. IT WORKS SO WELL for me:))))

Di base ho i capelli lisci e sottili (lo so, Shea moisture dovrebbe essere per i capelli mossi/ricci) ma sentite qua.
Anni di shampoo costosissimi, promettenti, famosissimi…un flop.
Decido di provare con prodotti Shea moisture. Primo tentativo: FAIL
Capelli quasi unti dopo lo shampoo… ma perché? Perché è un prodotto NATURALE, spremuto a crudo, quindi più “pesante”, non processato .
Poi ho imparato come far funzionare per me: metto una nocciolina di shampoo e sfrego sulle mani prima di massaggiarlo bene su tutta la cute (NO lunghezze) risciacquo (x 2 volte), poi balsamo sempre una piccola quantità e solo sulle lunghezze. Risciacquo BENE bene, (come si risciacqua una maschera) per altri 3/4 minuti. Poi li asciugo a temperatura media. Una volta a settimana faccio maschera idratante sempre della Shea. Dopo solo un anno i miei capelli sembravano quelli di un’altra. Corposi, lucidi, non si sfibrano più, resistono forti anche a periodi di forte stress. Se imparate ad usare questi prodotti come si deve, e non come usate gli shampoo commerciali, vi cambiano la vita.

Terrible product, the leave in product made my hair extremely dry and the shampoo and conditioner does nothing for my hair. I will no longer be using their products as they don't know how to cater to the originals that created the product in the first place.

It's a horrible product, and has actually dried my hair out.
My husband bought me, hair mask shampoo and moisturise and it's rubbish, so I'll go back to using trseeme products, very expensive products and rubbish, my hair has never been so bad, my advice is avoid it.
