Great customer service!
Was looking online for a decent modular 8x6 shed. Found shedzy had the best price for what I was looking for. So couple clicks later and one new shed (direct from power sheds) was on its way.
Unfortunately we couldn't build it due to a delay in out new decking being installed in the back garden. So 6weeks later then we hoped where able to unpack it and start to build it! Once a few panels where removed from the pallet we found we had been sent a single door version not a double as ordered.
That's when shedzy customer service was brilliant! I rang around 17.10 on a Friday afternoon and by 17.45 Daniel had sorted the problem and on Monday received an email with an apology from power sheds (through shedzy) with a notification that a new double door panel was ready to dispatch!
Couldn't ask for anything more, nice to receive such good customer service!

Very good quality product at a fine price. I thought that putting the shed together would be at the limit of my meagre DIY abilities but after several watches of the online videos to understand the booklet that came with it, I managed to get it built with only a little help!
Really pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery was just as promised.

Our shed arrived safely- took a while…
Our shed arrived safely- took a while and there wasn't much communication while we waited - but it eventually made its way to us. Communication leading up to delivery was very good though, with regular calls checking timing etc.
It took two of us time and patience to build it. There was a lot of studying of the instructions and diagrams - sometimes they were rather confusing - but we got there. Be prepared for handling lots of tiny washers, nuts, bolts and screws!! And get a good electric screwdriver/ drill. Four hands certainly helped.
The shed is now built - seems strong & sturdy - now to create a floor as we are using it to house a pottery kiln in the garden 😀

Bought a 10 x6ft potting shed, the quality of it is fantastic, nothing missing and delivered really quickly at the time specified.. I’m so over the moon with it. Got once a company got it right and didn’t over promise.. well done
