PRB has been such a great community. Ashanty was a great coach. She knew where the support in my business was needed. She helped my over active brain slow down to actually process and give me a check list to condense everything week by week. I feel like she was easy to trust. I love PRB.. so many inspirational and educational videos. I especially loved working with my 1:1 couch Ashanty!! She is such a gem. She knew exactly what I needed and gave me the structure to help stream line my business. To anyone lucky enough to get Ashanty as a couch enjoy every moment.

I came into this program without much training or confidence when it came to sales and pricing my services. Raising my prices was something I felt very uncomfortable doing, but with the guidance and support from the team, I was able to work through that and become more confident in the value of what I offer. Since raising my prices, I’m now able to work less while charging more for my services, which has been a huge change for me.

One of the biggest transformations was completely rebranding my business. I honestly don’t think I would have changed my business name or gone through a full rebrand if it weren’t for this company. They helped guide me through the process and also helped me build my funnel page and create a much better online presence for my business.

My coach, Ania, has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire experience. She has always been encouraging and has given me helpful advice when I’ve had different situations come up in my business. Having someone I could turn to for guidance and reassurance made a big difference, especially when I was making decisions that were outside of my comfort zone.

I really felt like they held my hand through some of the biggest changes I’ve made in my business. Looking back at where I started, I’ve grown so much in my confidence, pricing, branding, and how I run my business. I’m very grateful for Ania and the entire team for helping me make changes I probably wouldn’t have had the confidence to make on my own.

I joined Pretty Rich Bosses because I knew my craft, but I needed help thinking beyond the chair and truly understanding the business behind my business.

During my three months in PRB, one of my biggest shifts was learning how to be more intentional with my positioning, messaging, content and overall strategy. I stopped looking at content as just something I needed to post and started understanding the purpose behind what I was putting out and who I was speaking to.

I’ve also seen growth in my business while implementing what I’ve learned. My average customer spend has increased, I’ve brought in more new clients, and I’m becoming much more intentional about how I want to grow my business long-term.

What I appreciate most is that I’m leaving the program with strategies I can continue implementing even after the coaching ends. Sheila challenged me to think differently, not just as a hairstylist, but as a business owner.

There’s still work for me to do and goals I’m working toward, but I can genuinely say I’m leaving PRB with more clarity, confidence and direction than I had when I started. I’m grateful for the experience and the community I’ve gained along the way. 🤍

Worst money I have ever spent in my life. Content vault is completely outdated. If you have one ounce of confidence in yourself don’t make this “investment” because there will be no return on it. I felt completely hoodwinked after realizing this course was of no real value and to make matters worse Sheila is supposedly a believer. It’s very sad to think she takes people’s money and then convinces herself if they have an issue then it’s on them.

Absolute garbage! pressuring students to sign up! I thought I was going to be coached personally by Sheila, but got assigned to someone else instead.

Outdated pre-recorded content, and a content calendar with no real structure, just two pages long. You could honestly get AI to build something more detailed, and it would understand your business better than the coach you get assigned.

The training program has no structure either, no clear roadmap. You're mostly just asked to talk about what you need, and then they turn around and tell you that you're complaining about your problem. Shaming you for the exact thing you paid them to help you with.

My problem didn't go away. What did go away was my investment, into people who don't care about you, your success, or your wellbeing. They just want your money. After the payment clears, you're just a number to them.

Just so you're aware, you do not get coached by Sheila or will learn anything that you can’t find online yourself. She makes the initial sale, then disappears. She doesn't even know who you are, despite you paying $15k USD for her program. You're coached by someone else she's hired, likely on commission or an hourly rate.

Do your research, I wish I had. I hope this saves someone else the money and heartache I went through. I read through a Facebook group about her afterward, I recommend you do this first before signing up! People took money out of their savings, even against their homes, hoping to learn something valuable. It wasn't worth it. Don't make the mistake I did.

Something needs to change so this doesn't keep happening to other artists.

I had a great experience with PRB and definitely feel like I was paired with the right coach for me, Ania. This program helped me grow as a leader and has taken my ability to lead my team to the next level. First, I want to sincerely the entire PRB team. These past three months have been one of the most transformational periods of my life, both personally and professionally. I'm truly grateful for your guidance, support, and everything you have poured into me and my business.

Looking back, I realize that PRB has helped me grow in so many ways.

As a business owner, I have become much more confident in leading my company. I'm more confident when speaking with clients, closing high-ticket packages, and making business decisions. Instead of chasing clients, I now attract them. I no longer feel the need to run discount promotions because I understand the value of what I offer and I know how to communicate that value with confidence.

One of the biggest changes has been my relationship with money. My nervous system no longer lives in fear or scarcity. Before PRB, I constantly worried about losing clients. I would answer phone calls at any hour because I was afraid that if I didn't respond immediately, they would go somewhere else.

Today, things are completely different.

I know that 10:00 PM is family time, not business time. I know that my clients can wait until business hours. I trust the systems we've built, and I no longer feel anxious every time the phone rings.

Spiritually, I've also experienced tremendous growth. I've always learned to organize my priorities in a healthier way:

God first.
Family second.
Career third.

Now I can respect this better.

That shift alone has brought me so much peace. Ironically, since I stopped trying to control everything and started trusting the process, my business has continued to grow.

I also feel like I'm working fewer hours while making more money.

Before joining PRB, I worked Monday through Saturday, and many Sundays were sacrificed for clients—even though Sunday should have been dedicated to God and my family. Today, I protect that time, and my business continues to thrive.

During these past three months, I also started working with a therapist who helped me improve my time management and personal organization. However, I honestly believe the confidence PRB gave me around regulating my nervous system and removing the fear surrounding money made it much easier for me to apply everything my therapist was teaching me.

Financially, the transformation has also been incredible.

My business revenue during these last three months has doubled compared to the three months before I joined PRB. I'll have the exact numbers ready by the end of the month, and I'm excited to share them with you.

For the first time, I'm putting my bills on automatic payments without worrying if the money will be there. That feels like financial freedom.

My credit score has increased tremendously.

I'm finally building savings, something I struggled with for a long time. I can now finally save for vacation. For the first time, I will be going on vacation with my family this year on my wedding anniversary.

Another huge blessing has been implementing Bellavate.

I absolutely love having a virtual receptionist communicating with potential clients while I'm sleeping. Waking up and seeing appointments already booked on my calendar without spending hours on the phone has completely changed how I run my business. The Bellavate system is incredibly powerful.

Of course, I know I still have room to grow, and I plan to continue following the principles you've taught me.

I can only speak from my own experience. While reading some of the reviews, I noticed a couple of people weren't happy, and I understand that not every program is for everyone. But if you look at the overall feedback, it's clear PRB is a legitimate company.
For me, the investment was absolutely worth it. I actually made my investment back in just one day. At first, it was nerve-wracking because it's a high-ticket investment, but as an entrepreneur, sometimes you have to "pay to play." Investing in yourself and your business is part of the journey.
PRB helped me build a stronger foundation for my business. If you're just getting started, they'll give you a solid roadmap and blueprint. If you already have an established business, you can take what they teach and integrate it into your existing systems.
At the end of the day, PRB is a tool. Like any tool, you still have to put in the work. They provide the strategy, accountability, and guidance, but it's up to you to execute.

I was honestly so hesitant to join because of the investment. I’m very careful with where I spend my money, and I kept asking myself, “Is this really going to be worth it?”

Looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my business.

I didn’t just sign up and hope for the best. I showed up to the Zoom calls, took notes, and actually applied what they were teaching. Little by little everything started to change. After a year with this program, I can truly say I’ve become the best version of myself.

The biggest change wasn’t even the money. It was my mindset. I stopped chasing clients and stopped feeling desperate. I learned my worth, how to confidently help my clients and how to communicate the value of what I do. As a result, I’m now fully booked and making five times what I used to.

This is going to be a very honest review. I'm a fully booked nail tech who yearned for some type of help because I was burnt out from the success of being "booked and busy". I felt like I was overworked, underpaid, and neglecting my health/ So I decided to look into PRB because I thought, well, if I could make more money in the future, maybe I would be less stressed. Initially, they only had a 3-month plan available, but the price point for that was something I hesitated on for a bit. I was having doubts about whether or not this was the right decision. I went back and was about to get an option that was best suited for me, which was a one-month plan instead, so I paid 1500 for 1 month of coaching, which came with 4 video sessions with a coach chosen for me, and all of the Facebook group online access, like group support, videos, and more. Did I use all of the tools that were given to me? No. But the 30-minute sessions every week did help me a lot with my goals, and I gained so much clarity in such a short time! I can see how, in 3 months, people's lives change because, truly, it does not take long to change your business structure and or mindset. I went in not wanting to be a boss, and just wanted to cruise at my job. I thought, working under someone, being stress-free, is what I'd like, but what I realized is that the only way for me to control how much I make is to work for myself and scale my business. In the end, was it worth it? Personally, I don't regret joining the program at all. While it was pricey, I found the most important thing I was missing: clarity about where I wanted my business to grow and what I wanted to see for myself. I was put with an amazing coach (Jasmine) who I could tell was a BOSS. She had amazing ideas and pushed me to value myself and my work more, which I was lacking. Overall, my experience was great, and with the push, I'm hoping to build a real business in the future! Would I recommend this program to others seeking to scale their business? 1000% yes, because if you're like me, who can take a little and turn it into a lot, then you'll find this program more than helpful. I signed up with Pretty Rich Bosses, when my business was stuck and I knew I wanted to grow but wasnt sure what direction to take and how to make it work.

I had several coaches, all of them were wonderful and not only has it helped me mentally, emotionally and financially, it has also gotten me to the point where I am now.

I have been through a few rounds of coaching and I now run 3 successful businesses, all with multi six figures revenue, expanded globally, have a team in place and can truly make a difference in peoples live.

Yes, I am sure I would have worked it out myself somehow some day, but having the entire PRB team in your corner, makes it all happen so much faster.
you skip all the rookie mistakes and have someone to lean on- the beauty industry is brutal, hardly ever anyone supports you, so having genuine support is a game changer.

Yes, you still need to implement and keep working on our business but with having guidance, structure and support, this is a million times easier than making it work by youself.
PRB has saved me time, money and a lot of headaches and was one of the best decisions I have made for myself, my businesses and consequently for my family and my life.

I would sign up over and over again, it was worth every dollar I spent, I made my money back in a few weeks or months at the lastest, I found friends in that community, went to their events and can truly say- these women cheer for you.

Went to the PRB mastermind last October, and when I tell you that I learned a plethora of new information about how easy running a business with the huge amount of info given by Sheila and her team is crazy. The tactics shown are proven, as we were given homework to go home and try to see if she was right and she was she really was! I have had the most amount of interaction on social media since the mastermind class and then even more after becoming a student and the one on one coaching was truly a God send!
