Cheap, complicated, and they keep your money. Very unhappy.
SheMed get you on the hook with an upfront payment of hundreds of pounds, and then you have to wait for a blood test kit, download an app, do the test and send it off, wait for results and a decision if you even qualify for something other pharmacies glady provide, all for them to not even give you a full refund if this process logistically doesn't work for you. Meanwhile you potentially run out of your previous Px!!
SheMed have had over £200 of my money, caused such delays I had to buy with another pharmacy anyway, not been entirely transparent about the partial refund in my calls with them about cancelling, and now when I have to cancel before I've even done the blood test, they're keeping over £50 of my money for absolutely nothing.
They hook you in as one of the cheaper companies but then keep the money for providing no service if you can't access their apps, etc. Absolutely disgusting company. You'd be better off going to another pharmacy and paying a bit more for a much simpler and complication-free service. At least you'd have something to show for your money!

Great prices and great program
Better prices than Juniper and excellent value for the money. I really appreciate the included bloodwork. The instructional videos are well done and very helpful.
Quite inconvenient to do the weekly…
Quite inconvenient to do the weekly weigh in on camera and to keep scanning the box for every dose. Once a month should be enough.
Complete scam...
Complete scam.... Once they get your credit card number they will up the price and keep sending you the same dose.....
2 months later and they're STILL trying to charge my card.

UPDATE: Honestly, never seen anything like it. They know you've cancelled but will still see if they can get away charging your card.

From the very beginning, Shemed have been absolutely brilliant. Their communication is clear, supportive, and reassuring, which instantly puts you at ease. The initial start‑off programme is excellent and provides a wealth of information, helping you feel informed and confident right from the start.
The weekly care has been fantastic – consistent, attentive, and genuinely focused on your wellbeing throughout the journey. Ordering is straightforward and hassle‑free, and they also offer great seminar opportunities that are incredibly helpful and informative.
Overall, the entire process has been genuinely pleasant from beginning to continuing, and you really feel supported every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism shown by the whole team.

Not worth the hassle for £10 discount
The customer service was shocking, very unhelpful and rude, I was made to feel stupid when in fact the fault was there’s. They took money from my bank with no warning, i did not agree to a 3 month contract at £309. I sent in my concerns regards this and the large price increase before having my medication approved, they responded to say they would look in to this yet still continued to process my order ensuring there was no chance of getting my money back. I wanted to look after my health, this has backfired greatly with the stress and anxiety of the large amount of money leaving my account without my consent.

It’s been amazing
I love the nutrition webinars that you guys do it’s so informative especially about having prepared meals so I do eat my daily nutrients day to day, I can’t thank you guys enough this medication has given me my life back because it’s put me in control of my PCOS, instead of the other way round which it has been for years, I didn’t realise how unhappy I was until I wasn’t anymore, I’ve seen a vast improvement in my mental health as I’m able to manage it more effectively. I’m nuts about fruit and fibre sounds silly to some but I actually crave fruit and vegetables now more than I ever have, I do Pilates now and strength training for half an hour 4-5 times a week it helps me with my osteoarthritis and joint pain as well as my mental health I love it, I’m 21lbs down now, I’m grateful to you guys at SheMed for being women focused you guys have intentional care, here’s to many more weight loss mile stones.

I purchased the first month for £79
I purchased the first month for £79, selecting the one‑month option only. Without my permission, ShedMed took £139 from my account for a second month that I never agreed to.
When I called, they claimed I had “accepted” a repeat prescription, which is completely untrue. I did not authorise any subscription or ongoing payments.
This experience felt misleading and stressful. Please be careful ,don’t get caught out by unexpected charges.

Lost 10kg since January, which I am very pleased with but my weight loss has come to a halt now.
But all in all I am impressed with SheMed.

Responded to advert with discount offer.
They took £ immediately, then I got a pack - blood test and told to download an app.
I sent info they wanted via app but explained couldn't do their bloodtest ( arthritic hands ) so can I send full results from recent NHS test or should I send it back and we cancel as this isnt right for me ?
She med simply sent another Blood Test and wrote an email to me saying I am in a contract and cant cancel.
I then wrote back - i physically cant don't his test. I will take it to GP to ask for help.
GP was annoyed - said NO send it back and ask for refund its not suitable. I asked again - Shemed said NO. We are keeping your money.
Absolutely awful company!
Ive sent 2 packs of blood tests back now!
She med have taken £75 out of my bank.

Just brilliant.
Having struggled with my weight all my adult life, SheMed is the answer to my prayers!! The support is wonderful and the fact that everything is included in the price is great. No trawling the chemists to buy needles, swabs, sharps bins, medications etc. Everything is done in the comfort of your home, from blood tests to taking delivery of monthly prescriptions.

First experience and no problems so far. After bloods had a consultation with a professional because of some history then got the all clear. All seems very well thought out and you feel well looked after.
Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with SheMed. The whole process is unnecessarily slow and complicated – first a home blood test, then waiting for results, and only after that you receive the pen.
Pricing is not transparent. The first dose is cheap, but the next ones are much more expensive, and no one mentioned the option of a 3- or 6-month plan. The app doesn’t even show prices before payment, which is frustrating.
Communication is poor – you have to constantly call or message just to get basic information. Too many questions at every step and far too much hassle before you even receive the medication.
Would not recommend.

The website isn’t as good as the other company. Takes too long to deliver compared to other company’s. Easier log ins with other company, if you work full time this takes longer, wouldn’t use again.
