Friendly and professional.

While I have not yet purchased a boat from this company they are proactive on behalf of sellers and potential purchasers that have registered with them.

In my case keeping me informed of the type of boats coming up for sale that I have expressed interest in. I am confident that this level of service will be maintained during and after sales

In our experience there is no point expecting an open honest and straightforward service from this broker, we viewed a boat at their request before it went on the market, offered £140k because that is what they said would buy it, then they said it was formally offered but it would take £150k to buy it so we offered that then chased and chased to get a deposit paid so we could instruct a survey then heard nothing for two week before being told today it was sold subject to survey. The service we have received from Shepherds has been laughably inept.

Having not dealt with this company for quite a few years it was nice to find a new owner helpfull accommodating and bent over backwards to help
I would highly recomm⁰end them for selling or buying a boat
