Dan was not a chatbot. He allowed me to explain my needs and the background of how I come to buy this particular truck at length. He the then arranged at time to call back after had gotten a number of quotes he advised me of the off what he considered the most appropriate offer he had recieved and explained my obligations to provide truthfully the answers to a set of questions and the limitations of the next best offer. The time frame to make the payment and the the fact that the cover would exist from the time I excepted the offer. Full payment was required within seven day .It simple and easy follow.

What do you mean "this time"? Is a one star a common response? The company could not offer me insurance for a small business operating out of a residence.
Small business keep this country alive; but this lack of insurance capability stifles this concept.
