GREAT CREW and move was here earlier than expected. Specifically Elijah And Terry worked hard and fast moving all the furniture up to my apartments. Asked if i needed additional help and gave recommendations to place furniture in apartment. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and book with them personally again.

Everyone was so kind and amazing and helpful. Elijah was the best. He was so cheerful and took such care of my furniture and belongings. He was very considerate of my circumstances and was super helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Urgent Attention Required

This was my first time moving across states, and unfortunately, my experience with Shift Van Lines has been deeply disappointing.

To date, I have not received my belongings. When the delivery drivers finally arrived, they were inexplicably carrying cleaning supplies instead of my furniture. While I don’t fault the drivers themselves—who were actually the most professional and courteous part of this process—I am extremely frustrated with the supervisors and customer service team.

Despite multiple attempts to get answers, I have not been contacted by a manager with any update on the status of my delivery. Furthermore, I have not received any form of compensation or refund, which I believe is fully warranted at this point.

This entire experience has added immense stress to my relocation and has left me without essential items for far too long. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue, including:

* A clear update on the whereabouts of my items
* A confirmed and prompt delivery date
* A full refund for the unacceptable service

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

The crew arrived right on time.
They worked intensely, non-stop with a focus on customer satisfaction.
After items were delivered they did a complete cleanup.
No complaints; job well done.

We had a wonderful moving experience with Shift Van Lines - from beginning to end! Courteous, friendly, helpful and skilled - everything you could want in a moving company. Elijah and Jose got the job done and were an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend!

Excellent service. Both Elijah and Eric were very professional and friendly. They handled all my items with care. They were fast and I was surprised at how efficiently they hauled my stuff out and packed it all up in record time.

Family on the beginning end, with the manager, help center, (customer service was there the whole time and she was wonderful to talk to) and Elijah and Jose with pickup and on my delivery end with Elijah and Jose.
Kind, corteous. So careful with the furniture. Careful to take the doors off (think very narrow stairwell & tight corners), making sure to carry, not shove, furniture, so as not to scratch wooden floors. And did I mention, kind and corteous? Cannot say that enough times. They made sure to check with me, each step of the way, where items should go. They really went the extra mile in so many ways. Wonderful experience!
