The rings are absolutely stunning, the shine is amazing. I love each piece as they are individually unique and such statement pieces. I like that they’re not loud and attention focused, they will be seen but subtle, cute and demure and dainty. I must say thank you to Shine of a diamond customer service was top tier. They were very responsive to my many questions and ensured that the purchase arrived in record time for my 04.22.26 event. I ordered March 31st, 2026 and received delivery on April 14th, 2026. Thank you- forever customer.

These are PREMIUM SCAMMERS. I ordered ring set and it took much longer to be sent. They were not communicating with me. When they finally said the rings were ready, I asked for expedited shipping and paid $50 for it…..it took 3 weeks for the delivery to arrive.
The rings looked nice at first, after a week I lost 1 stone. I informed them and sent a picture. I lost more stones and sent pictures.It’s been 3 weeks wearing the rings and there are more than 5 stones lost. I only wear the rings to work and remove them when I get home. I work a simple desk job so I don’t handle anything heavy. They have not responded to any of my emails.

What an absolute disgusting company, I placed my order on February 5th, we are now mid March and my order has still not been dispatched, I have been lied to time and time again, I’ve opened a dispute with my bank and this company informed me that they cannot dispatch my order while a dispute is open, another lie, I’ve asked a number of times for my order to be cancelled and issue a refund with no joy, so I’m currently out money and my order

They sent wrong size and refuse to replace. They say they did send correct size. I had ring sized by jewelry store and it is not the size I ordered. They have the worst customer service. They are not trust worthy!

They do not accept returns. Instead they convince you to send them more money for another item at a discounted price. Also, their Lifetime Warranty means nothing!!! I ordered a ring and it lost 2 stones after only a few wears. They refused to fix the ring or replace it. DO NOT BUY from this Company!!!

The shipping process is also ridiculously long.

I’m Jan 26, /26 I ordered a sterling silver oval cut engagement ring. I received the ring on 2/16/26 the ring was to small . I ordered a 5/1-2 I got a size 4.5
I tried calling could not contact the vendor because they don’t clear their message. Even sent emails.,so I contacted PayPal strange how they answered the phone then. To make. Long story short after that I sent the ring back along with the gift. To the address it came from . I insured the item and they had to sign for it. The vendor refused to give me my refund. Please whatever you do don’t order from the company. They answer when you order however after that their mailbox stay full. Plus I was told. It should have went to Asia . However it came from an address in California I would have sent it to Asia if they would have responded. Needless to say I’m out of the ring and the 129.00
Not good business! Stay away from this company.

169.00 dollar ring that was not the same advertised product. Looks like a school kid put that together. Stop playing with people money and sending them product that's not what they purchase. Very upset, never again. This company needs to be shut all the way down. Ya filthy scammers.

Buyer beware...I ordered a 3ct ring to wear when traveling so as not to wear my real ring. First it took almost 45 days to receive. Then when I received the ring it is nowhere near a 3 carat ring ...closer to 1.5 or 2. And definitely did not look like the advertised ring. I am totally disappointed. Don't buy from these people.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Complete scam site. Rings did not match website description and they would not honor return policy as listed on website.

My wedding band is tight right now so I grabbed this ring as a stand-in. Didn't think I'd actually like it this much. Fits naturally and doesn't feel "cheap" or temporary. might just keep wearing it lol.

Was super worried this would feel like a generic gift, but the ring actually feels reaally thoughtful. Glad I went with this choice, it doesn't feel impersonal at all. Big relief!

Delivery dragged a bit longer than usual. The ring itself feels good on the finger though. all things considered, a decent experience for a custom piece.

Shipping wasn't exactly fast, but since it's a custom ring I kinda expected the wait. When it finally showed up, the finish looked great. Feels very personal. Satisfied customer here.

Rather than issuing a return label promptly, the company, which is based in China, prolonged correspondence over several days, repeatedly attempting to upsell additional items or offer discounts for future purchases. Their approach lacked professionalism and integrity.

To process a return, the company required U.S. customers to ship the item back via China Post (or a similar service referred to as ‘China Express’) and explicitly instructed customers to declare the item’s value on the customs form as significantly lower, approximately one-tenth of the actual purchase price, to evade import tariffs or duties. Such instructions constitute customs fraud and place the customer at legal risk.

Ultimately, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback dispute through my credit card issuer to recover the funds. Prospective buyers should exercise extreme caution with this seller.

Surprised by how light this ring is. been wearing it a few days and it doesn't get in the way of anything i do. usually jewelry bothers me but this is super chill.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered rings in the size I thought was correct. When the merchandise arrived the rings were too small. I asked the company to exchange the rings for a larger size and was told I have to send the rings back to the factory in Asia at great expense to me. Their website does not state this. Not trueful and very deceptive

My New Years resolution is to never buy from company's online without checking trustpilot first. Lesson learned after being burned numerous times, especially with jewellery. It's been a month since I ordered at this point and tracking is still showing that the package has not left China. If it every turns up, I feel I will be disappointed still based on reviews about quality. $200 for a ring isn't nothing, I'd have been better off hitting the jewellery store sales. Don't fall for the glittery edited images.

BEWARE, these are made of glass, read the fine print, when you find out how fake this product is, they make it impossible to return.. Don’t Buy from this company,
Poor customer service

AWFUL... Don't waste your money. Product is terrible and you can't return it. They say 30money back guarantee, that's a lie. You can't get a hold of anyone to return and get a refund. This company is a total hoax.

I agree with the unique designs. The stone up close doesn't look as real as it does from a distance. The wide band on the ring I ordered is hollow underneath. I'm not wearing it as my primary ring so that doesn't matter. However the "Free Gift" that seems to be something special is nothing more than a bracelet with tiny beads on a monofilament. the worse at the dollar store is better.
