First contact was quick and thorough
First contact was quick and thorough. We went back and forth a couple of times to iron out some details then I made the final decision to order. The order came I received a lot quicker than expected. No damage to box. Installation was fast and easy. Product was very well built and looked great.

Shiningshow is the worst company to deal with customer service is horrible and they lied about everything gave me a timeline and promised it would be deliveredon time IT WASNT over a week late lost sponsors and 1000s in revenue also product was damaged told me I'd receive full refund guess what not only did I not get refund they blocked me on public media just goes to show you they are not a legit or trusted company dont use them plenty of other companies with better product and better customer service
