I was very excited about this and I was let down
I was very excited about this and paid extra to have a custom OT. When I looked in my pokemon home, I found out some didn’t have my custom OT and some were in a different language than English. I contacted them and found the customer service was rude and impatient. They said there was nothing they can do about it and they said it was in the description of the product. Several months after my purchase it still isn’t in the description and the reason for not fixing it was because of copyright reasons. Come on they are modded pokemon. DONT BUY

The customer is making false claims. It is clearly explained in the product description that “few Pokémon cannot have a custom trainer name”. This is to protect the security of our customers' accounts. We do not want our customers to get banned, either now or in the future, so we do not alter the trainer names of event Pokémon, as other sellers do. We are talking about 60 event Pokémon out of 1300 in the pack, that is 4%. For example our Zeraora shiny will have the trainer name “HOME”. It is impossible to legal obtain it with a different trainer name. The same goes for Meloetta and Keldeo shiny. As for the issue of “Pokémon in languages other than English”, it is 4-5 Pokémon out of 1300. For example Genesect and Diancie were released in shiny version only in Japan, so it is normal that these Pokémon are in Japanese. Finally, regarding the rudeness of our customer service, we have the conversations with the customer saved, and we can assure you that we were not rude. In fact, we have been even too kind and tried to make it clear that this policy is adopted to safeguard the security of the customer's account. Our Pokémon are not modded. Other sellers, who prefer money over the security of their customers, push a button and change all the trainer names, not caring about what could happen to their customers. That’s not our style. And our reviews confirm it.

The service was wonderful; everything went so smoothly and quickly that I really can't complain, and I won't lie, the communication was wonderful; they helped me so much with some of my questions.
