Negative Star Rating. Beware of this broker transport company.

Deceptive business practices. Provided an attractive quote to get your business, then when it is time to sign the contract the actual price is significantly higher.

I agreed to the higher price as long as they guaranteed delivery by a specific date and time. They even modified the contract to confirm delivery date instead of an estimated delivery date.

Carrier managed to pickup vehicle within 2 hours of signing the contract. Unfortunately Ship Auto Now LLC and their carrier failed to deliver on the guaranteed delivery date. The vehicle showed up 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered.

Ship Auto Now (the broker) blamed carrier. Carrier blamed broker. Received a series of excuses and lies from both. Broker nor carrier made any attempt to rectify the broken contract agreement.

Btw the driving time between pick up and delivery drop off is 8 hours and this transport took 4 days to get there.

The lies - the lies claiming the carrier was at our drop off location - and then “oops” the carrier claimed to have entered the wrong address in the gps. They stated it would take a bit to get to the delivery destination were even though they claimed to be at the wrong address in the same city.

8 hours later when they still haven’t made their way across town….wouldn’t you know it, the carrier- got a flat tire which required them to remove the fender. Claiming repairs would take several hours. The excuses were endless. These are the excuses we heard over the course of four days.

Broker took zero responsibility. They got their $100 payment for securing the carrier at the time the contract was signed. The remaining balance, I was required to pay the carrier.

This broker clearly does not vet the carriers they work with. This broker lacks any responsibility once the vehicle is loaded on the truck. Keep in mind, your contract is with the broker - not the carrier.

My experience with Ship Auto Now. Untrustworthy. Deceptive. Unethical. Think twice before doing business this company.

In our experience, this company has been very difficult to work with. They refused to pay the additional $50 that was agreed upon, and despite multiple phone calls and follow-ups, we still have not received payment. We were also provided with inaccurate information throughout the process.
The agent, Justin, was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. Communication was poor, and the issues were never resolved despite our repeated efforts to reach out.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with this company. Please use caution, as it may result in wasted time, payment issues, and unnecessary frustration.

Spoke w/ Christina on 6/8/26 I provided a time window(8am-1pm) of when my Chopper can be picked up along with the pickup / drop off locations for 6/10. I was provided a quote by Christina for $450 and guaranteed the transfer. Day of 6/10 I receive a call from Christina (11:51 am) stating the driver was over a 100 miles from pickup location. There was no way of to the location in time of the 1pm deadline. She offered to find another driver-she did at the price of $750. I refused. She found another driver pick up 6/15 between 8am -1pm for the quoted price ($450) assuring me if something goes wrong she will refund my deposit($150) Here it is 6/18 and no Chopper delivered. She states now I am in breach of contract / I demand my $150 dep refunded. Going w another co.

I decided to use this company as a second choice. They were responsive but lacked professional communication. The job was completed and my car was shipped. But for anyone who is looking to transport a vehicle, I would highly recommend that you go directly to the company that will be transporting your vehicle and not a broker (Ship Auto Now). I even spoke with the guy who transported my car and he confirmed that brokers will always charge more. If you want to save money, DON'T USE THE BROKER, just go directly to the company. I am filing a complaint against Ship Auto Now LLC regarding deceptive business practices and interference with my efforts ship my vehicle.
May 2026, I contracted with Ship Auto Now LLC and worked with broker James Brown to arrange transportation for my truck. Mr. Brown quoted me a shipping price of $1,150, which was within my budget. However, after 12 days, he was unable to locate a driver willing to transport at that price.
Because of the delay, I requested a refund of my deposit so I could work with another transportation company. Mr. Brown became upset and stated that I would receive my refund within 3–4 business days. During that same conversation, he told me he would place an alert on my truck so that no driver would accept it from another company.
I did receive my refund, but after I began working with another auto transport company, I discovered that on May 29, 2026—the same day I requested the refund—Ship Auto Now LLC posted my truck on the industry load board for $2,500 under Ship Auto Now LLC's name. The posting included my truck information, origin and destination pickup of June 12, 2026 or later.
I have screenshots of the load board posting as evidence. This posting directly contradicts the $1,150 quote I was originally given. It appears that the company knew the actual market rate was approximately $2,500 and still quoted an unrealistically low price to secure my business. Furthermore, the load board posting remained active after I terminated my agreement and requested a refund, creating obstacles for other brokers attempting to arrange transportation for my vehicle.
I believe Ship Auto Now LLC engaged in misleading pricing practices and intentionally interfered with my ability to obtain transportation services from another company. I request that BBB investigate this matter and hold the company accountable for these actions.

I didn’t know what to expect shipping my vehicle. There was a lot of hiccups along the way trying to find a driver for a reasonable cost. But Max was so very patient in walking me through the process. He assured me he would find the best cost for me

Extremely unprofessional, don't trust!

Christina is a horrible broker and tried to scam a client. I'm a carrier and we had booked a load with her, from South Carolina to NY, the costumer told me when the driver was arriving already that she had cancelled the load the day after, Christina should've contacted me about it but she didn't. After that I asked the costumer why and she told me it was because the broker tried to over charge 1000 dollars on her for the transportation and from the costumer's words "scam me for the shipment". After that she asked me if we could book the load privately and that's what happened, car got transported. So Christina decided to give me negative review because the costumer cancelled on her after she tried to scam and failed. BAD WORK overall, didn't communicate about the cancellation, horrible costumer treatment and try to mess with my work for no reason, DON'T WORK WITH THEM.

I had great experience with one of the Representatives named Brad. He assisted me to ship my car from Tennessee to California. It was wonderful experience and I appreciate his hard work through my car shipment.

My experience was great communication was well, everything was done quick and efficiently. Brad was a huge help and kept in contact throughout the whole process, and the Driver Jackson was amazing as well, delivery process was a quick and hassle free. The price was one of the best after reaching out to many transporters for my vehicle. Would highly recommend for others looking for quick transports and affordable prices.

I engaged with Ship Auto Now, agent with a suspicious name of James Brown. They gave me a firm price of $800 to shop my vehicle from NM to NC. I signed a contract that clearly stated that the price was firm, door-to-door, and included all fees. It was a bait-and-switch operation. In several phone calls they said the pick-up time would be between 6:00 and 8:00. Then at 4:00 they called to say it would be after 8:00 AND WOULD COST ANOTHER $200. When I canceled the service, they threatened to keep my $200 down-payment. Do not trust this company, I'm not sure if they even ship or just do this to people to get the $200. I had at least 25 immediate call-backs from other companies--use one of these instead.

Great experience with this auto transport company. They really went the extra mile to find a reliable driver, and my vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule. On top of that, the rate was very competitive. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast, dependable service.

There's a clear scam taking place here and it does not make Trustpilot look very trusty when they give this company a 4+ rating. Check out Yelp reviews, these guys are super sketch.

I needed two vehicles transported within a strict date and time window—one from Jonesboro, Georgia to Port St. Lucie, Florida, and another from Port St. Lucie, Florida to West Point, New York—all while my wife and I were traveling. This was my second time using Ship Auto Now, and once again, the experience was excellent.

Brad, my point of contact, was outstanding. He kept me consistently updated, especially during times when I couldn’t reach the drivers directly for ETA updates. When one driver’s truck broke down, Brad acted immediately and secured a replacement without delay. In another situation, when a driver kept postponing the delivery time, Brad stepped in, contacted the company, and ensured they reached out to me promptly with accurate information.
Despite the challenges, both vehicles were successfully delivered to their destinations on time. Brad made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with him if you need reliable vehicle transport services.
