Worst customer service ever!
They are insulting.
Give you the bare minimum and expect that it’s going to work- seems to me they lack experience in troubleshoot major connectivity errors and issues.
Error notices that are alarming and when you bring to the companies attention there is no explanation. They will take your money and take advantage of those who may not know how to navigate how to work some of these issues.
Advise - there is better out there - we have been told. Waiting out our term as they will not return our money and will go elsewhere and all those we brought with us - they are leaving too!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to find out how long it takes to get an approval for an account. Nobody answers emails or chat.

These people are not the only ones to have awful service...it appears everyone is like this. How do they plan to survive.

Unfortunately does not allow for 0 stars. Absolutely no support as they are all idiots. Took 5 emails and 2 chats to finally get setup instructions.

Avoid at all costs!!
