Useful and capable platform

We’ve used Shiptheory for a while now and, to be fair, the system itself works very well. The integration with carriers like Royal Mail and DPD is solid, and it links nicely with Xero which makes day-to-day dispatch much easier.

There was some initial confusion on our side around a recent pricing change, which caught us out when reconciling accounts. However, after raising this with their team, they were quick to respond and have since resolved it by placing us on legacy pricing, which we really appreciate.

Overall, it’s a very capable and reliable platform, and the support has been helpful in getting things clarified. Now everything is clear, we’re happy to continue using it going forward.

It's cost our business a huge amount in terms of overtime for customer service emails, customer dissatisfaction etc

We recently set up our Shiptheory…

We recently set up our Shiptheory account via Stok.ly and service was top notch and the platform just works. Great team and great product. We push about 500 orders a day through Stok.ly and we never have a problem with shipping. Highly recommend Shiptheory

Amazing support - knowledgeable and empowered team

ShipTheory have been an incredible partner to work with. Their team are always very responsive - answering chats in minutes and always having the right knowledge and skills to address and fix even our most complex of questions. Not only this, but they are always friendly and professional making every interaction a pleasure. I would recommend them all day long!

MAXimum Support

The support is amazing. They always answer the phone and are very knowledgeable. We are new to this so we only know what we know. I phoned this morning stressed and panicking as I could not see my orders ready for producing labels. It was simply that these orders had been placed some time ago and it was as simple as extending the default few days date range to a longer range and my orders magically appeared. Like I said, you only know what you know. Thank you MAX, you saved my life

Great Customer Service

Wasn't a fan of the app - just personal preference. But Cade was brilliant when I needed support and helped quickly to resolve my issue on the live chat feature.

An example of truly great customer…

An example of truly great customer service. I've used ShipTheory for a large ecommerce company for 4 years now, and the one thing that makes ShipTheory standout is the quality of support.

Time and again they do everything that you would want a company like theirs to do. They pick up the phone, they take issues seriously and they go the extra mile to solve complex technical issues.

A shout out to Rupert as the customer service lead, who i've worked with closely on a number of projects and has advocated for us and our needs time and time again.

I would highly recommend.

Quick thank you to Max. His knowledge and patience was greatly appreciated and managed to talk me through an important shipping rule on my side that makes my work life a lot easier going forward. Shiptheory technical support is always great and little to no waiting time is greatly appreciated.

Steve is customer service at it finest

Steve was great when sharing with me what the shipping industry is all about He explained the role of Ship Theory and how instrumental they are when connecting platforms for a better merchant client experience. Moreover, he shared how a 3PL is better suited for what I was seeking, which was warehouse to store and ship my products. He obviously went above and beyond. Thank you very much Steve for being patience and informative.
