Bunch of crooks. I ordered a shirt in 2016 which I never received. Despite numerous emails, no refund and no response. Tried ringing and was advised that the number belongs to a travel agency (not convinced). I still occasionally email but no one has ever got back to me. Avoid like the plague!

ordered shirt over a month ago for a wedding. several emails sent asking for updates etc. no reply to any of them.
defo will not buy another shirt from them. in the process of raising a dispute through my credit card for a refund.
i have previously bought a shirt over 10 years ago with no issues what so ever, sadly looking at previous comments something has gone wrong.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this shirt for my partner. Whilst he liked the shirt, it was too small so I wanted to return and exchange it for a larger size. However, despite sending emails to the email address, I haven't heard anything. There was no returns slip with the shirt and despite extensive searches on the internet, I have been unable to locate their address or warehouse. It's as if they have deliberately hidden their whereabouts. So disappointing as this could be a great business but the lack of customer care just makes them look like crooks. If anyone has an address for them, please post it. Many thanks.

Shirt came within five days of ordering.
Was definitely not a large as the label said. Put it against two other ShiteShirts the sleeves were a lot shorter and the body was a lot smaller. This guy has not replied to any of my emails.
Would definitely not buy off or recommend using this guy.
I have found better shirts and at a lower price on Amazon, loudelephant and foul fashion.

Zero Stars is sadly not an option
The shirt arrived too small - every attempt to contact them for an exchange was ignored, I offered to pay return postage, nothing.

Having ordered a large shirt ( I’m usually a medium) the product delivered was far too small. I mean WAY too small. Fair enough, sizes are difficult to gauge on line. But having emailed three times, asking for a replacement, I’ve had zero response. I mean zero. Absolutely no response to my emails at all. Love the concept, but this company are more sh*te than their shirts.
(Asterisks because, believe it or not, the actual brand name of this product is considered ‘inappropriate language’

Not sure if this is a serious business ... based on my experience, my advise would be not to purchase any shirts from them. Reason being is that I ordered and paid for a shirt (£38.50) on 18 Sept 2019, but never received it ... The point of contact at ShiteShirts, a gentlemen call Matt, stopped responding to my e-mails. In summary ShiteShirts did nothing to find a solution for the problem ... Perhaps the name of the company is a hint ...

Wish I'd read the other reviews first!! Have a shirt that does not fit, no reply to emails, no return address, NO Customer service. Avoid at all costs, this is not a company to trust. Only one star review I have ever written

Wish I had read the reviews first I've been waiting weeks now when first contacted I got a reply now nothing £38.50 waisted.no phone number sent countless emails reply once rest nothing i thought they was a legitimate company as a few of my friends have them but they got them about 5 years ago wouldn't mind I was actually looking forward to it arriving.
I would avoid tbh hopefully they will have the website taken down I will be reporting this to the relevant people as its clearly fraud.

These guys are crooks. I placed an order for a shirt, I got no confirmation email from them and could find no evidence of my order, but my bank had been debited. No order ever arrived, my emails bounced back and their phone number didn't work. I rang the unit they were supposedly based at and they are not there. I got in touch with my bank and got a refund. This company is clearly in liquidation, but has left their website up and running and are happy to take people's money with no intention of sending people their purchases. AVOID. They are scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The took payment from my credit card including £4.50 p&p and nothing arrived. The email address on their website bounces back, the phone number on their site is non-operational, and after sending letters to their head office in the UK the letters have been returned as they are not at that address. You don't get a response to messaging them via their online form.
They clearly have gone out of business but someone somewhere is still accepting orders and taking money with no intention of fulfilling the orders.
Luckily got my money back as I paid on a credit card.
AVOID SHITEWEAR at all costs..... the clue is in their name!!!

These guys are charlatans purchased two shirts one did not fit sent it back but refund refused.

I can only recommend you avoid using this company.

Same problem as below. Ordered on the 4th of June. Money came out my account on the 4th of June. Sent countless emails with no reply. Phoned the number with an electronic voice telling me the number is no longer in use. Eventually contacted Paypal to complain and within 4 minutes got a response from them via email confirming my order. This is now the 6th of July and still no shirt. I ordered the shirt for a wedding two weeks ago. This company is a scam. Don't have anything to do with them, they'll rip you off.

Placed order, got Paypal confirmation but nothing from Shiteshirts
Sent email to chase order after a week which bounced back
Sent email to address that was on my Paypal invoice, that bounced back too.
Called 0845 number they call 'Customer Services' which constantly engaged.
After a week I raised a Paypal dispute which prompted Shirewear to send me a 'Credit Advice' but no refund. They then entered into a couple of emails, but disappeared again when I insisted on a refund as I had lost confidence in them.

Had to wait two weeks for Paypal to resolve my case and refund my money.

A complete joke, really not convinced that they are not just a scam..

My advice, buy on Amazon from a real company.
