I ordered a 110ml roller
I ordered a 110ml roller, it arrived the next day! But not only was the service excellent, unlike my previous experience, using Amazon, it was a correct STRAIT roller. Not a cone as sent by previous suppliers incorrectly.

I can't seem to find any previous correspondence from yourself regarding this matter in our emails, so this is the first time we have been made aware of this.
Your order was dispatched by us on 24/04/23 via Royal Mail 24 and according to the tracking info it was delivered the day after on 25/04/23 at 13:07pm.
If this is incorrect, please contact us via email at shivainternet@gmail.com and I chase it up with the Royal Mail.

Thank you for your review.
To remove items from your basket, you need to click/tap on the 'x' next to the item(s) that you wish to remove.
If you were viewing your basket on a mobile while it was in dark/night mode, the 'x' is slightly harder to see and this could have been the reason you were having trouble.

Great service
When looking to purchase a new herb grinder, I was disappointed that the colour I had initially selected was actually out of stock. However, after a very pleasant call from one of the guys from Shiva, a suitable alternative was sourced.
Also, my purchase arrived promptly, and was exactly as described.
Most impressed.

Top quality, fast delivery
As always the most important thing to know is that if you order from Shiva you get excellent quality and service, but the value for money is the most important thing, and Shiva delivers every time,,my order arrived in 2 days as it always does even though I live in the middle of nowhere, I am always happy with their service and their prices, which are among the best in town for the vast selection and the high quality of their products 👍👍👍 I could go on but the only thing that you need to know is that you will not be disappointed with what you order 👍👍

False advertising
False advertising, the item that I ordered isn’t the item I received or the item advertised I was told it was the manufacturers fault, they then asked me to return the item, my own expense and they would give me a refund for the item only

Once again we can only apologise for the mistake. We were unaware that we had been sent a different version from our supplier until you contacted us as they never informed us. They have since confirmed that the previous version that we had pictured is temporarily unavailable, and have apologised for not telling us.
