They are a bunch of cons. I lost 9 hands in a row (possible but the probability of this happening is so little as I know with over 10yrs experience playing) on BJ. Bots come in and out constantly changing seats so you loose. Bots appear to block your hand and seat. It happened to me today. I wanted to sit on seat 2, a bot blocked both 2 first seats. I would have got straight flush on side bet. Stay away. Dealers even throw away your cards and give you a different one so you loose. All happened today. Closed account after loosing $155. There is evidence of bots used on Evolution Platform on YouTube. Search for “Evolution blackjack bots”. So fairness absolute rubbish. There are also reports of Casinos like Shock that send player usernames to a database so they get stalked so they loose. So Shock.com response is rubbish and no I will not contact you as it will be a waste of time. I will make it my life mission now to expose casinos like you. If you are registering on Shock, avoid using Soulstealer invitation code. Totally unreliable. Broken promises, withheld payouts all the way. For additional perks, you can find much better codes. Shock Casino has been a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. The platform feels unreliable, poorly managed, and far from professional. Gameplay is plagued by technical issues, slow loading times, and random interruptions that make it hard to trust the system at all.
Support is by far the worst part. Responses are slow, generic, and often completely unhelpful. When you finally get a reply, it feels like they either don’t understand the issue or simply don’t care. Problems are passed around without resolution, and you’re left repeating yourself over and over.
Withdrawals are unclear and frustrating, with vague explanations and unnecessary delays. Transparency is lacking, and communication feels intentionally confusing rather than supportive.

On 11 September, I contacted Shock Casino’s customer care to report severe gambling addiction and requested a permanent account ban under responsible gambling provisions. The account was confirmed as banned.
However, on 18 September, I discovered that the same account had been reopened and further i played in it —resulting in a loss of $210. This occurred despite my prior self-exclusion.
I raised the issue on 19 September, citing a clear breach of responsible gambling safeguards. Shock Casino denied the refund request, despite their duty to uphold self-exclusion protocols and prevent further harm.
This incident reflects a serious lapse in customer protection and accountability. I urge Shock Casino to review its procedures and take responsibility for the financial and emotional damage caused by this oversight.
