Great customer care experience
I was having problems with my Shokz. The replacement process was easy. The customer care representative was knowledgeable and helpful.
Poor warranty response
The so called customer happiness team are failing at every step of the warranty process. They are obviously not communicating among the internal departments or the ones that I shipped my damaged headphones too would update the ones that keep emailing me about closing my claim when it’s apparently being held up waiting for them to inspect the headphones
Warranty claim
My headphones stopped charging. Sent an email to customer service and responded next morning. I provided a video that morning and my warranty claim was approved. Headphones were sent and delivered within days.

The team also expedited shipping to ensure my replacement got to me before my next event!

La atención frente a la garantía ha sido mas que excelente, tiempos de respuesta, gestion y envió muy concurrente y rapido.
2 Jahres Garantie OpenRun Pro 2 erhalten
Haupttaster am OpenRun Pro 2 war nach 1,5 Jahren defekt bei Garantie 2 Jahre. Erstkontakt war unkompliziert, RMA wurde eröffnet, aber wurde dann aufwendig (Video mit RMA Nummer handgeschrieben auf Zettel und Zeigen des Fehlverhalten, Übermittlung über eigenen Cloud-Storage) - da könnte man für den Workflow dies besser Firmen-seitig unterstützen. Dann wurde Garantieanspruch bestätigt, aber eine Woche passierte dann nichts und erst auf Rückfrage kam die Antwort, dass man innerhalb von 3 Werktage versendet (haha, war ja bereits vorbei). Wurde dann aber versendet und kam an, defektes Gerät musste nicht zurückgesendet werden.

It's not often you can say this these days but the level of customer service at Shokz is phenomenal!
My 15 month old headphones had an issue with the power button and one message to the Shokz customer support team, a couple of anticipated questions later, resulted in a new set of headphones being delivered two days later.
No fuss, no hassle, just genuinely brilliant customer service. I will definitely buy again from Shokz, it's a lesson to others on how to treat customers after the sale is made.
