To clarify, once an order is returned and processed as an exchange, the exchange order replaces the original purchase. Any return eligibility is then based on the item selected in the exchange order, rather than the original item, which is no longer applicable once returned.

In this case, a different item was selected for the exchange, and it was marked as Final Sale. We apologise if this was missed at the time of purchase.

As outlined in our Returns Policy and in line with industry standards, Final Sale items are not eligible for return for a refund, store credit, or further exchange. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for and sincerely regret the frustration this has caused.

Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, and while we’re unable to make exceptions in these circumstances, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. As noted on our website and in correspondence with our customer service team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we do offer complimentary shipping on exchange orders, and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
